Great place to stay - close to green belt and very comfortable. Only downside is parking. Not very many spots and needed to park on the road. But otherwise great

Great location within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Would definitely recommend.

Location close to the walking path along the river, close to the Hawks stadium, and Pastry Perfection for breakfast. Parking can be an issue and it can be a long walk to the house.

It was a really important family trip and it was absolutely perfect. There was something for everyone, we had everything we thought we needed and there was tons of stuff we didn’t realize we needed but was there! The Gem Estate was exactly what my family and I were looking for - private and peaceful, with many amenities. The home was beautiful and clean. We appreciated the large kitchen, which was stocked very well. We do a lot of cooking. I also own a home-based bakery, so having a kitchen with everything I needed to bake some sweets on-site was perfect. The owner answered questions quickly when I reached out and took the time to follow up with me later. We used the bikes, hot tub, fire pit, ping pong table, cold plunge, basketball hoop, large outdoor dining table, barndominium, washer and dryer, and more. We were bummed that we didn't have enough time to make use of the sauna; there was so much to do! We also enjoyed seeing wildlife on the property. From lizards to deer and jackrabbits, they kept us searching for what we would see next. The house was ideal for our family getaway, and I would highly recommend it to others.

James and Aillison’s place was awesome! We LOVED the location, super walkable but still private and gorgeous. We spent most of our time in the beautiful living, kitchen and dining rooms - and felt like we were in a treehouse on one side and on top of the world on the other (great patio)! The kitchen was so fun to use - big and spacious for making group meals (though we were glad we brought a few extra items because there was an odd assortment of kitchenware). The hosts were super friendly and flexible, and were onsite if we had any questions. Absolutely would stay again!! Amazing.

This is a beautiful property! Very large and spacious place to spread out and relax. The pool table and Foosball table were used for hours on end. The kitchen was great for cooking and it was stocked with plenty of pots and pans. There was plenty of space for our group of 12 to spread out.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay overlooking stunning mountains and beautiful forests. Yi’s house was gorgeous, immaculate, and spacious enough for two families to have their privacy and down time. The house is surrounded by hiking and biking trails, had a great community pool to enjoy, and a rooftop hot tub to enjoy the starry nights in. Would definitely book again the next time we’re in town.

This place was home away from home. Stocked with essentials, felt cozy and clean. It was perfect for our family.
