A quiet paradise in the woods. A great place to connect with nature and relax. There is a 2 person kayak that are shared with our other treehouse guests and a single person kayak. Life jackets supplied. (2 adults and 3 children) Also a raft that goes out into lake on a cable for swimming. We have a 2 person swing to relax on in the sun. Wifi arriving soon. Enjoy your stay near the Acadian shores in our spacious, breezy, fully renovated historic Acadian home. Originally built in 1837, this home has been brought up to today's expectations for comfort, functionality and environmental sustainability. It sleeps 5. There is also an inflatable air mattress - double and pump and space to accommodate two extra guests. We hope you enjoy the spacious comfort of this home while you explore what Clare and Digby County have to offer. Note that you pay no HST.

Private Lakeside Cottage in Yarmouth

Small private lakefront cottage. Secluded property next to the beautiful Ellenwood Provincial Park, full of hiking/walking trails. Rustic, and undergoing minor renovations, but a very cozy, clean place to stay. The Lake is clean and great for swimming! Full kitchen with most everything, an outdoor fire pit for nice nights, and a piano for rainy days. Heat pump, BBQ, fibre op, & Roku TV. Wood stove is functional for extra heat and ambiance, wood not included however. PLEASE READ ALL BELOW

Off grid cabins on Kegeshook lake, Quinan

Two off grid cabins on Kegeshook lake. Drive into a long tree covered winding driveway in a hard wood forest and arrive at the first cabin. This cabin is fully equipped with running hot water, solar power, propane, and generator backup. Living quarters include bathroom with shower, small kitchen, queen size bed and a double size pull out couch. Down a path towards the lake is the second cabin which is suitable for reading, relaxing, or hanging out on the deck overlooking the lake.

The Beach House (private hot tub and sauna)

We would like to share this piece of our paradise with you, located on a peaceful, crystal clear lake. Acres of land, a sandy beach hidden behind a well-groomed property sprinkled with beautiful tall trees disappearing into the Acadian forest. Includes: private hot tub and firepit, shared sauna, cold plunge, lake access, public wood fired hot tub (great for groups when booking one than more cabin) canoe, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat, sandy beach, floating mat and more.

Acadian Home - Baie Sainte Marie

This is an old Acadian Home located along the shores of St. Mary's Bay in Meteghan, NS. The home is all equipped with Kitchen, 1.5 Bath, and laundry facilities. The bedrooms are located upstairs and the main bathroom is located downstairs. The 1/2 bathroom (seat & sink) is located upstairs. Guests will occupy the entire house and have access to high speed internet and cable TV. There is no housekeeping services provided during your stay. Great view of St. Mary's Bay.

Au Ford du Lac

In the rural Acadian community of Clare, you will find our fully equipped 1 bedroom + loft A-Frame style chalet sitting on a small lake. The beautiful view can be enjoyed from wall to wall windows, wrap around deck, or while sitting in the hot tub. Loft: 1 king & 1 single bed. Downstairs bedroom: 1 queen bed. Living room: double pull out sofa & futons. We are rural, although not remote. We live next door so let us know if anything is missing during your stay!

Private Cozy lakefront cottage in Quinan.

We have recently built onto the cottage. We added an additional bedroom and a much larger living room and entrance. No cleaning fee!! The location says Tusket, it’s Quinan on Lake Kegeshook. The cottage is a farmhouse style with white walls, lots of windows and high ceilings allowing for great light. A remote location, quiet and perfect for relaxing. Only a 20 mins drive in from the Tusket exit and 35 minutes to Yarmouth.
