Great apartment, newly renovated, very clean and with everything you need, including little things like bathrobe, cotton swabs and cotton pads. And there was an iron that I didn't usually need, but this time it came in handy. Also great air conditioning, which easily coped with the high temperature and made a pleasant microclimate in the apartment. In general, I am satisfied with the apartment for 110%, and even extended it. And Evgenia is very responsive, sent all instructions in advance, and was in touch. Of the bad, there is only one thing - there are heavy smokers living in the staircase, and because of this, it smells like cigarettes. (inside the apartment does not smell, only outside) This can be critical for those who persistently do not tolerate tobacco smoke, as when you open/close the apartment from the outside you will notice it. For me, it was not critical, and there were no other disadvantages objectively, so otherwise I can safely recommend the apartment.
