This place is beyond words! Spent 4 days...booked 7 for next year. What a gem! Beachcombing, on your own private cove, the setting, the view... saw habour porpoise, seal, eagles and of course lots of deer. An incredible getaway to disconnect. Only wanted to stay longer! The place is simply perfect! Even the fog is fascinating and atmospheric. Never slept better! Thanks Ashley! Much appreciated...see you next year Deer Island and Chocolate Cove! it was our first vacation and it was real treat! great location and the view is gorgeous! We look forward to coming back! And also joel was super helpful and gave plenty of great places to eat and the state parks he recommended were gorgeous. if you go to helens try the blue berry pie!

I wish I could give this place and host more than 5 stars! Deirdre was incredibly sweet and extremely fast to respond to any questions we had. The cabin was cozy, clean, and just what we were looking for! Our trip revolved around hiking Acadia NP, and while this Airbnb was about an hour drive to the main part of the park, it was WELL worth it. It was away from the busyness and very quiet peaceful and private. Plus it’s only about 15 mins to the Schoodic peninsula! There’s a small path to some rocks you can sit on and relax by the ocean, which after a long day of hiking was perfect! Bonus- We were able to see the northern lights from there!! All in all this place was 10/10 and I highly recommend. If I ever get the chance to return to Maine, I would absolutely love to stay here again!!

Had another amazing stay at the cozy cabins! As always, Rita was attentive and always there when needed. We will be back again in the summer!

Spent 2 nights in the wagon and it was just as described and pictured. I appreciated the clean portapotty and the hand washing station. The location near the beach was peaceful and idyllic. Thank you for sharing your little slice of Vacationland, Lily!

Jesse was in contact with me very quickly after booking and checked in with me at my check in time. He also followed up to see how the stay was going. I would definitely recommend the rental and will plan to use it on future trips.

Great host as he stopped by to say hello the next morning and asked if we needed anything and if we did he said to knock on his door at any time, highly recommend staying here and I definitely will be coming back to enjoy the great trails on the side by side

The cabin was perfect, so clean and brand new. The location was amazing, private but still felt safe and secure. We enjoyed going for walks and looking for shells, it was all so peaceful. The house came with lots of toys and books for our 1 year old and also some items for our dog. Ashley was a great host, provided us with wonderful recommendations that were both baby and dog friendly which made the trip even better. Already miss the place and would love to go back!

The only suggestions I have to improve upon our stay would be additional solar lighting, fairy/xmas light type might work, in the loft and having the perimeter lighting around the fire pit being angled downward a bit. However, neither of these are going to deter another visit! The cabin and surroundings are absolutely magical and lovely. I wish everyone would set up a hand/dishwashing station like Sienna has — everything is there! I loved it! The firewood is priced reasonably and we only needed one bag during our stay. Kindling is provided! Found a few chunks of fatwood and fallen birch bark around our site that worked well, though. My friend and I loved this spot, truly. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!!

Trevanna was so easy to communicate with. She answered all my questions so I knew exactly what I needed and what to expect. Her home was warm and welcoming and the perfect location for out family weekend. I look forward to going back someday.

The cabin is great! The scenery is beautiful. We spent most of our time out on the deck watching for seals and enjoying the birds. We only had a few questions about the cabin and John responded quickly and in a friendly fashion. I felt the description of the cabin matched the reality. It was a great place to unwind. We hope to stay there again.

Great location for what we needed! Very clean and had lots of extra amenities. Hosts were very accommodating for checkin and sleeping arrangements needed for our group. Would definitely recommend and love to return.

We booked this space for my parents from South Africa and they had a delightful stay at Eastport. The hospitality from our host,Janet, enhanced our experience. She went out of her way to make us feel at home and we could not wish for a more attentative host. The unit was pristine clean and beautiful and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Our stay was amazing once again! The house itself is beautifully designed with a deck overlooking beautiful sunrises with water views and sounds of nature all around. It is a tranquil place to relax and unwind. The home is well equipped with everything you could need. We enjoyed use of the grill and propane fire pit. There is also a beautiful area with a fire pit overlooking the water. We were also able to access our internet and stream movies on the TV in the evening with a fire going in the very large, beautiful, stone fireplace. We enjoyed the garage amenities; pool table, darts, and corn hole. The ambiance itself makes it truly a dream vacation. This home is a gem!
