Edwin the site manager was the best person we met since arriving to Zanzibar. A true gentleman and extremely genuine which can be hard at times to find when traveling. He felt like a friend and was the best host we have had through Airbnb. Would book again!

We had the most incredible stay! The house was absolutely beautiful spacious, clean, and so well-equipped with everything we needed. The setting was nothing short of magical, with breathtaking views of the Crocodile River right from the property. Tim was a fantastic host friendly, responsive, and extremely helpful with recommending local safari providers, which made planning our days so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend!

Wow I don’t even know where to start! This was truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in Zanzibar. As an Airbnb property this one completely exceeded my expectations. It offers amazing value for money.I had such a peaceful time watching the sunset and listening to the sound of the waves. As for the kids words can’t even describe it they had the time of their lives, especially enjoying the infinity pool. I only wish we had booked a longer stay, but unfortunately, it was time to head home. I will definitely be coming back to this home away from home. Having visited Zanzibar several times, I can confidently say that it’s hard to find a place like this near town with full AC, reliable WiFi, fully equipped kitchen. We even made lovely breakfasts for the kids. Bonus: it’s just 5 mins from the airport and only 15 mins to Stone Town. Truly worth every penny.And as for Mohammed what a kind gentleman. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I recommend this

We had a great stay! The accommodation is a short walk to the beach, perfect for really disconnecting. Everything is designed to make you feel good and rest, not forgetting the daily cleaning. Very friendly owner and helpful for giving tips if you are a stranger. The villa is absolutely stunning and private to you so you can have a peaceful time. 15 minutes from Nungwi where you can find a lot options. We will be back as my friends and I love the place. Thanks for your hospitality.

The house is very beautiful, exceptionally clean, well equipped, we literally had everything we needed. The view is so amazing with lot of game to see. The host was also very helpful and assisted us with an amazing private game drive. It’s literally a home away from home. Me and my family had a great stay !

Absolutely loved our stay here. Perfect for 2 couples. The staff were just amazing. Lena cooked us superb meals and Mondi and his children are extremely helpful. We are English speaking so we also had Jimmy as a translator and he too was super obliging and helpful. Fantastic boat trips on Mondi's boat. This bungalow is right on the ocean with magnificent views. We will definitely be back to this idyllic spot where time literally stands still. Basic but absolutely everything you need. The bungalow is really something special. The wooden house is high-quality and minimalist but tastefully decorated. The veranda overlooking the garden is a real highlight. You are in nature, with everything you need. The view is really fantastic. We didn't particularly like the very close beach, even though it was exciting for the children to watch the planes. Otherwise, the location is good for excursions to Le Morne, the south coast, Chamarel and the national park. Communication with Olivier was easy. We were there with two small children, so a special view: the wood creaks quite a bit, as do the doors. Difficult for noise-sensitive children in the evening/ at night. In addition, there are dogs on the property that are very sweet and usually do not pay attention to us. Still not for everyone.

I would definitely recommend this place! Absolutely stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice it’s so beautiful! The hosts are so lovely. I can’t wait to come back in October

The house was beautiful and modern (with fresh fruit on arrival), Rainer is readily available for any queries, Paolo was an incredible help and 15 minutes from the beach. However, this is in a rural part of Zanzibar but all in all our stay was fantastic in Rainer's home.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb! The space is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The garden and pool area are perfect for unwinding. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to cook at home. Check-in was flexible and hassle-free, and the host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We would absolutely love to come back :-)

Excellent place. the house is amazing it's well designed. fantastic views of the mountain from master bedroom, living room and dining room. friendly staff always available and helpful. I would recommend this place and would definitely visit again..

Samwelli was a great caretaker and made our stay even better. We felt right at home. The attention to detail from the host and caretaker with fruit, eggs and bread was such a thoughtful extra detail. Even got our washing done which was a huge help. Super grateful. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay! Sam is such a great host! He made fries for the kids, helped us carry little Isabella to the beach each day, he even cooked dinner for us one evening. It was delicious. This beach house is a hidden gem. So peaceful and calm. We felt really safe and could really enjoy some time to rest. The pool and garden is amazing and Sam takes really good care of it. We have had a wonderful stay at Carol's house. I have nothing but good things to say, the house and the garden are so charming, with everything you may need, the rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds; the outdoor veranda is coosy and the staff does a great job. Carol has been in touch with us all the time and has given to us very good recommendations. We will be back soon!

We lived our stay at the White House cottage. It exceeded our expectations and we would love to return. We are a family of four and it was perfect. The staff was so warm and helpful. Definitely hire the local chef recommendation. We had delicious food in the convenience of our own veranda looking at the ocean. The location right on the beach with the private, expansive grounds was perfect. The house has incredible views and is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend. If you have a big group, try to rent the White House next door and have an amazing holiday with family or friends.

My family had a wonderful 4 nights staying at Margo’s property - very private, very large functional bedrooms with fans, air conditioning and private ensuites, plus a separate fully self contained 3rd bedroom. A beautiful pool, 24 hour security onsite, daily house cleaning by Ester. And the dogs were super friendly and great company. If you like football, pack your boots and enjoy a game with the locals on the pitch next door. If you like tapas or just really good food - recommend having dinner at “ To Be” which is approx 1km from Margo’s. Couldn’t find fault with the accommodation or the lovely Margo as a wonderful host, who was available, responsive but also gave us total privacy.

This is a stunning home get-a-way nestled in a tranquil compound. It has lots of natural light and the option of enjoying the breeze from the surroundings (with the ceiling fan on for the upstairs rooms) or utilizing the air conditioning if desired. It is just as described in the details and more stunning and peaceful to be there! I loved that it was just a short walk from the house to the pool or beach! Along the magnificent beach there are wonderful restaurants to dine at. Margaret made the check-in process and the stay seamless and relaxing. Any questions that arose were responded to in a timely and courteous manner. Look forward to a longer stay next time!

We had a lovely time in Susie’s place. Brilliant location, large pool, friendly staff. Communication was excellent, with a great information packet provided in advance. Highly recommended.

Ruben's place is extremely beautiful what you see is excatly what you get and his very responsive and helpful, we never got to see him as he gives guests privacy but we enjoyed our stay definitely coming back
