Beachfront vacation rentals in Dzemul Municipality

The view was beautiful, just like the pictures and some of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in. Miguel was very kind and responsive even though it was New Years. We had everything we needed for our family of 7 Thank you Miguel for a great New Years experience.

The house is very nice, it is adapted for the beach, the place is a little difficult to find. I think I should put a big sign on the road. The bedrooms are well, only one of the three has TV. Each one has its own bathroom. The mini-splits help a lot in the heat. The bad thing that restricts the use of consumption of kilowats daily (light) we were afraid to pass by, the pool is father is small and my children liked it. The bad thing is that it does not have a filtration system, as it is small and we would get all 4 and the two of us was already dirty The closest Oxxo is approx 3 km away, and the village with supermarkets ( progress) 20 km away. The car is indispensable in that area. We never suffered from blackouts That they comment, and being a playa clean the food in the kitchen well that if they approach animals if they leave food at night. The living room TV needs to be changed. They do not serve the speakers and there is the screen as with marks, we did a movie night and then it struggled, Gracias Gaby we were agusto 😃

Everything was perfect. Michael was super attentive at all times. We had an incredible few days. Everything was very nice. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Marilu’s place during Christmas was fantastic! We loved the house’s location since we were looking for a peaceful, safe and quiet area. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook, relax by the pool y use the good-speed internet to watch movies at night. While we went to the supermarket on the way from the airport, there are nearby convenience stores less than 10 minutes from the house. As a host, Marilu was very accommodating and provided great local tips. An easy 5-star rating from my side. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you.

Love the beach we have stay around here twice and we love it. Rental car is a must and mosquito lotion. They don’t have a grill so keep that in mind when you decide what you’ll be cooking. There’s a pizza down the road towards progreso, it’s delicious “Pizza Paradiso.”

We spent an amazing weekend as a family, the house is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need, it is in a quiet and beautiful area, we loved that it was in front of the sea, a very good idea to have a manual where they explain everything, Maria is very kind and always attentive to our messages and Doña Carmen is very attentive and always attentive if we needed something or if there was any inconvenience, she always solved it, it was a very pleasant stay, 100% we would return to stay and recommend it.

GREAT STAY! It is very peaceful place. The place is completely worth the place because of the location, the view. It has all the equipment of a house that is needed for a good stay. Sofía always answered my questions and that left me quiet. I would definitely go again.

We jad a beautiful stay here. nice and easy accea to the beach and a small pool. Acros the street from a small supermarket and close to nice town for restaurants.

Everything about our stay was remarkable! The flat is modern and with all the amenities, felt right at home. We had everything we needed to make meals at home, relax, the rooms were very spacious. The location was great, we were looking for a quiet beach front place to have a few days of quiet, and it was absolutely perfect! The shared amenities (pool, lounges, pool bar) were pretty quiet, just a few other people. We had a great time

Superhost and house itself is large and great value for money. Living on the beach is something special. Looked like surroundings where affected by the storm, only one palm tree still standing on the plot/beach etc. Michael was quick to reply on the issues we had during our stay.

The best hosts in the world. Always accessible and helpful. Brenda did us the favor to provide us with the transportation service to the accommodation. Excellent accommodation, very quiet. Opposite is an oxxo which makes everything easier. The place is right on the beach.

very good place to be on the weekend. The host was very attentive and always responded. the house is very nice, we were left extra amenities that that the truth is almost no one does but here it was very worth it.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay with incredible views and fun for the entire family. Excellent Host. pristine beaches and Clearwater, and very modern large, comfortable bedrooms with an amazing view off the deck and in the living room and kitchen. Great pizza place three minutes from the house and a place to get snacks. Five minutes from the house would definitely recommend going back to this place again wonderful for the value of everything you get and there’s no one else on the beach most of the time other than you and your family.

I loved the attention we received via message at all times, the power went out and I loved that they had a quick solution, the hosts were super friendly and the place was beautiful and quiet for a family, Oxxo nearby and several places to visit no more than 30 min away. 🤗 Without a doubt, when I return I would stay with them 10/10. The only thing is that we were traveling with a senior citizen and it was difficult for them to go up to the rooms because there is nothing to hold on to on the stairs, apart from that everything was beautiful 💗

Excellent department

This was a remote location but a nice place to hangout for a few days. The beach is not very clean unfortunately, we picked up a large trash bag worth of plastic trash just in the front of the home. The Airbnb itself was very spacious for us 8. The little room/apartment on the side is a bit awkward and secluded but it was fine for us. The kitchen is very well stocked. Prior to checking in you receive a Google forms that is very detailed for all the information you will need. Unfortunately due to the close location to the ocean and the humidity the bathrooms have a lot of build up and things don’t dry very well inside the home. Overall I would recommend this home if you are location for a remote stay with a large family.

This is a wonderful condo on San Benito beach. Peaceful and quiet. There are 2 small towers that make up this apartment complex, and this apartment is just behind the beachfront building. The living room patio doors are floor to ceiling windows, which open up to let the ocean breeze in. Also AC in all rooms. There is a partial ocean view from the living room and 2 of the bedrooms. I would stay here again. A short drive to Progreso or Telchac Puerto.

Everything was perfect, the house is very beautiful and super equipped, very well located a short distance from the beach and with very unique spaces. our host Pao always very friendly, communicative, gave us very good recommendations nearby and was always on the lookout.
