This is a separate building with it's own private entrance offering complete privacy including an off-road parking space. The apartment is located in the desirable neighborhood of Powder Point which is a short walk or bike ride to Duxbury's 5-mile barrier beach.

Located a mile from Scituate Harbor, beaches, restaurants, golf course, movie theater, shops, and Greenbush train into Boston.
