Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Dutch Cul de Sac

My stay was great. Very clean. The place is close to many restaurants and bars (~7 min walk).. I recommend having a car. The host was very responsive. Nice solo trip and worth it :)

Shanaan is een geweldige host. Ze geeft duidelijke instructies en de ruimte komt overeen met de foto’s en alles voor een goed verblijf is aanwezig. Denk hierbij ook aan de dingen die je zelf niet mee kunt brengen zoals een parasol. Snelle en duidelijke communicatie, zeker een aanbeveling.

Parvesh and his wife were very helpful. Since it is the off-season, the price is lower and the beach is quiet. And that is what I was looking for.

Alex’s place is amazing! He met us there for a super easy checkin, even though our flight was delayed by a day. The apartment is very spacious, well appointed, and has a gorgeous outside living area (covered). Alex also provided beach towels and chairs, as well as two sit-on-top kayaks! Its location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to tons of restaurants. The roads aren’t that easy to walk on, but there was also parking everywhere we went. There are a lot of dogs roaming the island, including this neighborhood so there’s barking, but they seem friendly. All in all, a lovely place to stay, and Alex is a top-notch host. I would highly recommend Alex’s place!

We had an amazing stay! The location was wonderful and the hotel staff were so friendly. We especially loved the Cabana Bar staff. This unit was well equipped-beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! We would definitely return!

This AirBnB is nothing less than perfect. Right in the jungle, with the nature, peaceful and private. Tess and Hugh are extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. The recommendation book is a huge plus. Nobody should ever give anything less than 5 stars of this AirBnB! We truly enjoyed our stay and spending our 1 year wedding anniversary here. We love it! I recently booked this property for a recent trip to St Maarten to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday in May 2025. I wanted a property that felt like an intimate villa space. When I came across this listing, it was PERFECT. The deck overlooking the lagoon and the pool was a huge selling factor for me. Isa the property manager is extremely responsive, she messaged me ahead of time, obtained our flight details and provided several resources such as car rentals, restaurants, private drivers etc. The neighbourhood (Point Pirouette) is very close to the Maho main strip but you do require access to a car. It a very quiet, peaceful, residential, gated community. The unit has all amenities required, wifi works, AC in living room and bedroom, the deck was my fav place to unwind with my husband, to watch the sunrise and the sunset. There's ample natural lighting and the space is tastefully decorated. I would stay at this property again without thinking twice about it.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet, die Dachterasse ist wunderschön, vor allem mag ich die Umgebung, sicher, ruhig und vom Flughafen in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich war jetzt das zweite mal in einer Unterkunft von Paul und kann dieses Appartement zu 100% empfehlen. Preis / Leistung stimmen.

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

The house was immaculate. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook. We loved that the kitchen had a hybrid approach to cooking whereas there were two gas pilot and an electric stove. All bedrooms were nice with extra towels and linens. All rooms had TV’s (the internet would go off for periods of time). You can charge your phone, tablet, etc bedside. Nice size backyard with a “cozy” pool. The house was very accommodating. It was 5 of us and we didn’t feel cramped. Free parking space in the front. We had two issues that were very quickly addressed. The host lived right across, which helps with resolving any issues quick. Sabrina is vey nice. Quick to respond prior to the trip and during the trip. She was accommodating as well i had a phone interview that was past the check out time and she graciously let us check out a little later so I can take my interview. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Cheryl's spacious Airbnb was an excellent experience. The house and its amenities exceeded our expectations. Especially the kitchen was equipped with everything needed and more. We traveled with children and Cheryl's house had some toys and children's beach equipment. The house is located very central in Philipsburg, in one of its busier areas. The beach was right across the street from the house. Cheryl was very attentive and responsive at all times and made us feel very welcomed and safe in her house. We would choose to stay at her house again without a doubt.

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

This home was absolutely lovely. The place was very clean and spacious. The view on the hill is beautiful. In addition the manager of the property, Anil helped us out a couple times. He was never more than 10 min away and was very friendly/ informative. I would stay here again on my return.

They were very accommodating when we needed to adjust our guest count, which we really appreciated. Everything we could possibly need was provided, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The co-host was super responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I loved the location! You can walk to restaurants, shops, Maho beach, Mullet Bay, even a pharmacy. Room was comfy and felt like home. Environment was safe as well. Perfect.

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, clean & well equipped and the view was breathtaking. Phil is a fantastic host who communicates proactively, ensuring you have all the information you need for a smooth and hassle-free stay. His well equipped apartment is located in Maho Beach, one of the best spots in St. Maarten. From the balcony, you can enjoy views of the sea, the pool, and the island’s famous attraction—the nearby airport—where you can watch planes land right before your eyes. We'll certainly come back!

Our short 3 night stay at Maho Condo was excellent. The space is very clean and small but functional. There are two large closets with plenty of hangers and four drawers of under bed storage. Kitchen: Stocked with glasses, dishes and cutlery as well as appliances like a ninja blender, air fryer and toaster. Bathroom: Rainfall shower with nice pressure, hot water and plenty of towels. They even have darker makeup towels. Misc. Robot vacuum, ironing board, smart tv. Amenities: Fully equipped gym and although we never used the pool it’s a nice size and has plenty of chairs. The onsite security made us feel safe coming and going at night. Location: close to the airport with about a 10 min walk to Maho beach. 5 min drive to Mullet Bay beach. In walking distance to bars/restaurants and the Maho market. We had a car and parked often in the gravel lot across the street. Communication: Great. We got a nice welcome and had an open communication with the hosts should we need anything.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Emerald Pearl Studio in Maho, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The studio is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay-from a functional kitchen to a cozy bed (too soft for us) but that’s our preference. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the famous Maho Beach,where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets,watch planes fly overhead, or just relax by the ocean. It’s also conveniently located near some great restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket. The host was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent communication she even left me a bottle of wine for my birthday which I thought was very nice and she even let us check in early. I recommend renting a car for the whole island experience, but taxis are only a 5 minute walk away. If you’re looking a relaxing, comfortable and stylish place to stay in Maho I recommend Emerald Pearl Studio. I will definitely be returning. 2 ppl only ;)

Absolutely loved the place! Tracy was super responsive and made sure check in was as smooth as possible. The views were to die for and location was perfect for the carnival festivities. Definitely would book with Tracy again!
