Appartment at Durres beach with sea view and big balcony. The beach is 1 min on foot from the appartment.Both rooms have air conditioner.There are many markets and shops near the house. Villa with 2 Flats in bay of Lalez/Rrotull

Alex’s place was perfect. The spacious house easily accommodated our two 2+3 families and its garden let our kids play for hours. Please note the following, which has not been covered by the property’s description. ⁃ The path connecting the main road and the house is in a very poor condition. The tarmac is almost nonexistent, so it should be considered a dirt road and in the end you will be surprised by a short, but extremely steep hill. It may be a problem if you have a rental car with no dirt policy. ⁃ The house itself has two separate flats on a ground and first floors. There is also a third flat on the top floor, a holiday retreat for the owner, who lives abroad. He came for a few days during our stay, but was more like a ghost, we hardly ever noticed his presence. ⁃ The nearest beach is only a few kilometres away. It’s close, but you need a car. ⁃ The nearest shop is 650m away. You can reach it on foot and you can pay by card.

Great place would love to stay again. Only downside is bathtub did not work. Close to everything, sleeping in loft was great for is as light from outside didn't shine in. We enjoyed our stay and the private courtyard. the parking spot was nice to have especially in busy Tirana. Wifi worked great.

It's a beautiful place, in the hills and close to beautiful beaches near Durazzo. The house is very nice and comfortable and large and has everything you need, the host is very helpful and always available, truly a beautiful experience. Highly recommended!

Everything was great. The view is wonderful, everything corresponded to the photos. It's a pity that some of the solar shutters didn't work, but then we found a way to raise them, it was very nice. I recommend There are supermarkets nearby. A vegetable stand, the main avenue of the city. The owner is nice.
