It is set amongst vineyards and sunflower fields, with 8 hectares of land all which can be used by guests. The Chateau has 3 gites, all of which have sufficient privacy. Welcome to our charming little house located in the heart of the village of Duravel. Nice walks on hiking trails (GR), green bike path, restaurants & shops. Duravel is a pretty lively village with typical Lot alleys. The house is on three levels: a ground floor with living room, bedroom, kitchen, toilet and bathroom, a floor with a small living room and a bedroom under attic, and finally a cellar with washing machine and dryer.
