La Fleur de Savignac is a picturesque 2.4-hectare domaine in Lot-et-Garonne, near the Dordogne border. At its heart is a beautifully restored three-bedroom house, dating back to 1706. This 130 sq. metre (1,400 sq. ft.) home provides the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway, with breathtaking views of rolling hills, forests, and the historic Château de Duras. For smaller groups or added flexibility, a separate one-bedroom gîte is also available on the property.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

The 'Le Marroniers' Gîte is a charming accommodation located in the heart of rolling countryside surrounded by vineyards. Renovated and managed by Laurence and Mike, it can accommodate 2 people with modern amenities such as wifi. Enjoy the private terrace for relaxing moments and the 10m landscaped pool (shared). Yoga sessions are also offered. The place is ideal for discovering the Dordogne, Lot-et-Garonne, and Gironde regions.

Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.
