We were here for several days and everything was great. The house is new, large and comfortable, everything was super clean and tidy. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Clean sheets and towels, soap, kitchen utensils, washing machine... we had everything we needed. It was very convenient for us that the parking lot of the house was spacious and without height limit, since we traveled with a large van and we were able to enter without problems. Regarding the location, the house is in the village of Santa Marta where there are several shops and grocery stores. The village is quiet for walking. In the surroundings and a few kilometers away there are a lot of very beautiful waterfalls that can be reached by car. And also the Caparaó National Park. It really worth it. Vera was super friendly and always made sure that everything was fine. He also gave us some recommendations for places to visit. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Sítio por do Sol lives up to its name: spectacular sunset! The house matches the photos, a quiet location, among the coffee plantations and close to many tourist spots. Breathtaking view. Attentive and helpful host. We already feel like coming back. 😊

We stayed for 5 days. A beautiful and very well-appointed house, equipped with everything the guest needs for their comfort. A place of peace and quiet and to enjoy the unique nature around. In the middle of the coffee plantation of Caparaó, Espírito Santo. Birds of all kinds, parrots, canaries, hummingbirds, lizards and fireflies (several) blinking at night putting on their light show. We woke up to the sounds of birds singing and the nights were wonderful and quiet to rest. Mrs. Sonia and Silvia welcomed us with a lot of love and affection. Extremely kind, attentive and friendly. They met all our needs and expectations. A delicious breakfast with cakes, breads and jams all made with great affection by Mrs. Sonia. Unforgettable place!! We'll be back whenever we can

Our weekend was wonderful! We were impressed by the beauty of the place, which is even more beautiful than in the photos. Rosângela, Geraldo and João Augusto are very dear and meticulous hosts with the house, which was impeccable! My whole family loved the stay, and so we can only thank this family for their kindness and availability!!!

The cottage is small but comfortable. The town is located between the café feet of the property and features a deck with a beautiful view of the peak of the flag. There is very quiet and quiet and at night you can see stars if the sky is clear. It is well equipped, and although it does not have a kitchen, Paula has made her coffee available for us to use. She and her family were extremely helpful and dear to make us feel welcomed. The city of Alto Jequitibá is 5 minutes by car from the chalet, is small and has the basics: market, pharmacy, bakery and few restaurants. Dali to the city of Alto Caparaó and the entrance to the National Park are about 20-30 minutes by car on a simple but good track road. In the region there are several coffee producers and other crops that can be visited. I recommend the stay and would stay there again.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The site is extremely cozy, with a charming and welcoming decor that makes you feel at home from the first moment. The atmosphere is very nice, quiet and well cared for — ideal for those seeking rest and comfort. The great highlight, undoubtedly, was the view: simply amazing! The countryside is breathtaking and makes every dawn and dusk even more special. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with natural beauty and comfort. I will definitely return!
