Location was really near exit 6 and was really convenient to get around. The apartment was also a really clean too. Host was friendly and responsive as well!

It was a great night. We had a healing and went. You have to eat rice. Close the porch windows when grilling meat.

I had a good stay ^ ^ I felt comfortable because the host was also a woman in a female-only accommodation. Please check the boiler temperature... The weather was frightening that day... You told me first that I could check in early, and I was able to go back to the same place to store my luggage and find it, but thanks to the host's consideration, I had a pleasant trip.

I was satisfied with everything. I had a good time with the kids. (However, the strange smell of gas coming out of the hallway with a charcoal torch came into the room, so it was a bit of a head every night.) Other than that, the pool was nice and clean.

I really liked staying at this place! The area has a lot of good restaurants, cafes and beautiful surroundings. The area next to the house is very peaceful and quiet, sometimes you can even hear birds singing which was very nice! The place itself is ideal for long-term stay, it had everything I needed: washing machine, induction, electric pot, hair dryer and even rice cooker! Also in the hall there is a water purifier and a microwave which was very convenient. The place also had a lot of storage space. The host was very helpful and if any problem occurred he answered within seconds. The host was also very cooperative when it came to providing documents for receiving ARC card, which I am very grateful for (that’s why I can recommend this place for students, especially if you come for language course training. You will be able to receive all the needed documents). In conclusion I had a very pleasant long term stay (a little bit more than 3 months) and would definitely recommend!

David was great with responding to my many questions. My friends and I stayed in 3 of the rooms. Each room has a sink, hot plate, mini fridge, and private bathroom. It was easy to get to David’s house, I used Waze to get there with no issues. David’s place was about 30 minutes from Jisan ski resort. I definitely recommend!

This place is wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and we absolutely loved the jacuzzi. The location is great too. Very close to a lot of restaurants and activities. And the host is very sweet and kind. I highly recommend this one!

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. :) Parking was convenient, the view right in front was nice, and the owner was so kind!! I had a great time drinking welcome coffee and morning coffee.

It was a place I found because I needed rest, but it was a healing time that I didn't have to do anything.. I felt like I had my own space that I wanted to visit again because I remembered the warmth of the🌿 host. Thank you so much for sharing such a nice space.

The room is very clean, the Host is very responsive and friendly, it should take 15 minutes to walk to the subway

It's a great environment for a meeting as a workshop. Long desk and TV, it was so nice to focus on. Responses were always quick, and there were no inconveniences at all. Separate collection was also conveniently located nearby, and the house was so clean. Both the bedding and the bed were satisfactory and I was able to sleep comfortably. Best,

The property is situated on top of a hill so the surrounding was quaint and peaceful. The house itself is spacious, hosting an endless amount of amenities, large bathrooms, and the heated floors were a surprise bonus for the chillier mornings and evenings. My family and I had a great time and we’d rebook again for any trips to Anseong.

I stayed for the first time 4 months ago ~ It was the same accommodation as before, and apart from the lack of an elevator, it was inexpensive, the accommodation was clean, quiet, the station was close, parking was easy, and there was no wood. It was easy to throw away the garbage, and I was very, very satisfied ~ ~ I have to go to Korea often, but I'm going to be excited again ~ ~ I liked it so much that I recommend it ~ ~

I checked in at the check-in time after playing with the kids at the nearby Chorigol swimming pool, but it was so similar to the photos, and it was even cleaner and tidier than I expected. I chose this accommodation after looking at several reviews, and I could tell why there was nothing missing. ^^ They also generously put charcoal in the barbecue at the time I wanted, so I ate well for a long time. ~ The barbecue area was easily accessible, so I used it comfortably while going back and forth with the necessary food and tools. Above all, the children who live in the apartment can run around freely, and the adults can also heal with the green surroundings. My acquaintances who went with me said that they would definitely come again. Heh heh. I am 100% willing to revisit.👍👍

It's slightly smaller than the picture. Plenty of room for 6 people to stay, and all the amenities are neat and clean The promenade is good and the valley is right next to it, so it's nice. There's also a CU convenience store. It's so well-equipped with everything from bedding, kitchen utensils, barbecue utensils, and toiletries that you can feel the owner's attention to detail in every aspect.

It was a place with foreign guests... Everyone gave a thumbs up saying they loved the place... It was a place where the host's thoughtful consideration stood out everywhere. I'll be back next time. I had a good rest.

The owner is so kind, and the accommodation is so clean and nice. I'm completely healing with my 🥹🥹 friends. Next time I come to Paju, I definitely want to go again. The place is clean and beautiful. Heyri Village was also close, so it was nice to go with the kids. There were things to enjoy inside the accommodation, so the kids loved it too:)

The host was kind and took good care of me. (It also makes check-in smoothly..) I used it as a company workshop. It's a spacious space, so it's smooth and comfortable to use. Connect your laptop to the smart TV., I liked the meeting at the dining chair, living room couch, etc. The bed in the bedroom is nice, and I play a rest time game... and I get compliments from the people I went with.

Absolutely loved the neighborhood this stay is in! We loved walking down the flower path back home every night, lined with locals enjoying their evening. It’s about 15 mins from the Hongik train station, which is central to most places. There were small unique touches, including the map of Yeonnam that made our experience even better. The bed was comfy, and they had everything we needed. Highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for a spot with unique design, close to cute, local cafes and restaurants.

10 people visited. Every time, we went to a pension with a futsal court, and we happened to find out about Gaepyeong, Hongcheon, etc. There were 3 queen-size mattresses, one queen bed, and an extra queen-size topper, and there was a sofa, so 10 people slept. If you add the sofa, up to 11 people can sleep! The owner was also kind, so I had a good bbq. The 2nd floor is spacious and nice!! I'll come again next time~!

As with most of the reviews, Rosy is a lovely, kind, and friendly person who made all parts of the stay enjoyable. The place is comfortable. There was good space for all 5 of us. Rosy's place is a wonderful break from sterile hotels and she adds a personal touch. She respected our privacy. We will go back during our next stay in Seoul!!

Is an amazing place to stay. Beautiful view of the river. Had an amazing park for the kids a short walk away.
