This charming village house, perfect for 1 to 4 people, is composed of a comfortable bedroom, a bright living room with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Outside there is a terrace with dining area and a small quiet and private garden. House completely renovated in 2024, equipped with fiber optics, air conditioning and electric shutters. Self check-in by secure keybox, childcare equipment and concierge services available upon request.

5 bedroom country cottage

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

Ground floor apartment

Enjoy a stylish home, close to the city center and located 15 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. For 2 people with the possibility of putting an extra mattress for a child. The apartment is on the ground floor of our house with independent access. Possibility to park in our fenced lot. It consists of 3 rooms, fitted kitchen, bedroom with 140 cm double bed and a bathroom with toilet. There is also a private terrace.

Only 5 minutes from La Ferté Bernard, a small city of character, and the highway exit 5. Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
