For your use, we offer 20 acres of fenced plot, 83 square meters house with fireplace and air conditioning, wooden banya, swimming pool, gas grill and fireplace and a huge terrace. Nearby there is a restaurant, grocery store, SPA, playground, fish fry, lake, river, bathing beach and numerous cycling and hiking trails. The location of the plot guarantees peace and quiet. A cottage for 6 people, located near the Kryspinów lagoon, consisting of 2 double rooms with bathrooms and a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa for 2 people. Breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. It is possible to order a packed version (in the event of early check-out), but this must be reported at least 1 day in advance. Live on the water! Our floating house is a dream come true of being as close to the water as possible. We would also like to share this extraordinary project with you, your family and friends. On a floating platform with an area of 65 m², we built a 35 m² house + a 30 m² terrace + a 25 m² SPA platform, which in total gives us 90 m² of private usable area floating on the water. The house is comfortable, warm, safe and year-round.
