Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. A small, fine vacation home awaits you, located on a natural property directly on the lake, furnished with attention to detail. You have a large sun terrace with loungers and a covered dining area just for you and inside there is a fireplace. On the property you will find cozy places, some overlooking the lake, a grill, a fireplace and a gazebo. For children there is a swing, space to romp and much to discover and a private kingdom under the roof. .

Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque village of the district of Lüneburg in the Elbe Valley. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house offers direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

Located on a quiet dead end street, guests here enjoy absolute privacy and a relaxed atmosphere without unwanted visitors. The house is modern and comfortably equipped and offers everything needed for a relaxing stay. Here, peace and relaxation is paramount in your own retreat. Our house is only a few minutes walk (about 3 min) from the lake / beach.

A beautiful end terrace house near Hamburg in a quiet cul-de-sac with a spacious garden, two terraces and an additional covered seating/dining area. The bright and modern rooms are very cozy and invite you to linger. It should be mentioned that the bedrooms are all accessible via stairs. The nature reserve with a large playground, as well as the Holstentherme, are within walking distance. HH Airport is about 25 minutes by car.
