Monthly Rentals in Dumalinao

I love it. Place is located at what seems to be the topmost city center, the Rotunda. When you start going down to city property, from the house, you have to turn around through the Rotunda thus you can start to see the city proper. It was night time when we arrived but they still accommodated our stay and waited for us patiently. Parking is so spacious just infront of the house and owner said it was really just very safe and secure. It had the basic stuff I need. Wifi connection is at 20mbps fast enough for my work, and then, it had common bathroom though you have to share it with a room so sorry had to disturb sometimes ask them to open the lock as the other room seems to forget it too. And, they have a common pantry area where you can work or eat as well. They have hot and cold water, mugs and spoons to drink hot stuff and a refrigerator. They said you can use it and we did store some of our food there (the take outs from the restaurants). Room is very basic. Just bed and foam.

I have stayed at their two properties I guess about 6 times now. Thus far I have not found a nicer place to stay in Pagadian. This stay was just over 2 weeks. I really like the neighborhood and of course the unit. Comfortable, spacious and makes one feel at home. Great owners and hosts. I often use the stores at the end of the drive, both are awesome but use the one across the street the most. Just a note: One thing I will mention to the down side, the property next-door has multiple dogs that bark sometimes during the day and sometimes early morning-night, but the aircon covers most of that if you're in the bedroom. I've gotten use to it.

My mom didn't want to travel far on her birthday but at the same time, I wanted her to spend it in a different environment. It was my priority to make her feel comfortable. I found this listing online and got interested because the place was decent in the eye. It was also near our home. Although it was only a few hours and we didn't get to spend the night because we decided to go home, Jennibeth was still kind in allowing me to host a simple intimate birthday dinner at her place. Thank you Jennibeth for the accommodation, you're such a wonderful host and I truly love the place. It was not short of what she described. My mom enjoyed her birthday and we got to spend it with the family conveniently and peacefully without having to leave the city. I highly recommend the place to anyone who's looking for a short weekend getaway, solo or with company. It's a good place to relax if spending time in peace is something you do to restore.
