We have been to the bakery house for the 2nd time with our dog Ellis. We have again enjoyed the cottage, the area and the kindness of Suzanne and Hans. The breakfasts were delicious every morning, every time we were surprised about the preparation of the eggs and it was more than enough. Also on Pim's birthday, a festive touch was added to the breakfast🎈. Ellis had a great time with Rocco. And as a cherry on top, we were able to take a dip in the swimming pool just before departure👌🏽. We're going to make it an annual thing to come back ♥️

Unfortunately, the Pentecost weekend was a bit disappointing in terms of weather, but there was nothing the host could do about it. Which did oblige us to take it easy and relax. We have certainly done this. What was also nice was that we could leave our car during our bike ride on the day of check-out. They also came to our aid when the glue on our bicycle adhesive stuff dried out and we had to glue a tire. Furthermore, it is a wonderful stay, very quiet and peaceful, only the sound of the birds you heard. The small kitchen is full of comforts and we used the oven to bake bread. All in all, a stay here is definitely recommended.

Oh my gosh! What an amazing stay. And what amazing hosts! The neighborhood was storybook like. The apartment lacked absolutely nothing! And the restaurant downstairs had the BEST food and ambiance. It was the perfect middle ground neighborhood for us to travel both to Belgium and Netherlands. Can’t wait to go back!
