Vacation rentals with lake access in Duitama

We were as a family celebrating the new year…an unforgettable time, recharging ourselves from the best energies of the lake. The house is spectacular, with beautiful scenery and each space has its magic. José and Susana were always attentive to those we needed and the communication is very effective. Manuel, who took care of the house is a very friendly person and helped us in the kitchen and things of the house. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy the magic of Paipa and Lake Sochagota!

The hostel is perfect to stay, very well cleaned and cozy, Samuel is a very polite, friendly and attentive person, we arrived at night and he received us quickly and kindly, we were able to save our vehicle without problems and then guided us for our trip. The room is very clean, has very clean and comfortable bed and sheets and sheets, we paid for breakfast service and it was delicious, you can still prepare in the kitchen whatever one wants. We would definitely stay again. Many thanks to Samuel for everything we always felt right at home.

Diana's accommodation is wonderful, very spacious, bright, tidy, with excellent quality products, plus a beautiful view of the Sochagota lagoon. Strategically located if you want to visit the Paipa hot springs complex, on the road that leads to the historic Pantano de Vargas. The building has a 24-hour concierge, the apartment has an independent entrance which makes it easy to enter. You can use the wet areas such as the Turkish bath, jacuzzi, and pool with prior reservation and for a small additional cost. Diana was always very attentive to our needs and was very kind. In addition, Mrs. Ana, who received us, was extremely attentive, very helpful and was always willing to give us recommendations and clarify doubts. The accommodation is perfect for families since it has 3 bedrooms, a spacious dining room and living room and a magnificent balcony. It was a perfect stay, highly recommended accommodation. Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely be back.

This place was a wonderful stay — super comfortable, exactly like the photos, and in an amazing location. It had all the amenities promised, and everything worked perfectly. The host was incredibly kind and made the check-in process easy and smooth. Parking was a breeze, and being so close to all the main sights in Paipa and the surrounding towns made everything really convenient. The lake nearby is beautiful, and the wellness area — including the sauna and pool — was a great extra touch. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

What a spotless place, it is certainly one of the best places we have stayed in Paipa, it totally matches the description, it was also almost new the property. We always count on the host who was attentive to all our requirements. We got the rest we needed ☺️

Claudia is really friendly. The spaces in the rooms are too nice. The kitchen comes with everything one needs. And it has two bathrooms, which is a plus. Give her a lot of love to Rain, the dog on the estate.
