This was a nice, clean place. Loved the history of the building. Centrally located to many things. Super comfortable beds. Also appreciated the night lights upstairs to make it easier to see during the night. Would stay again.

Loved our stay here! It’s centrally located in Downtown Dubuque and in a very walkable location. The airbnb itself is great, with a lot of space and beautiful vintage features. We’d be happy to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Keisha was an absolutely excellent host. Everything that you need is provided and the location honestly couldn't be better, between 1-4 blocks of a walk there are multiple restaurants, a convenience store, a dollar store, a walgreens and a 24 hour laundromat. I definitely recommend this airbnb and I will stay with Keisha again.

Jackie was a great host - very kind and readily available. She made sure I had all the check in instructions upon check in day. The apartment itself was excellent. Very clean, tidy, with additional supplies if needed. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer as we were there for my son’s baseball tournament for the weekend. Nicely decorated and felt very homey! Would stay there again!!

We were in town for our granddaughter ‘s high school graduation. This was a wonderful place to stay with immediate family. Lots of room for extended family to get together, have some pizza and catch up. We went to Dubuque’s awesome Farmers Market, walked the river walk, Fourth Street elevator and ate great food in nearby restaurants. Nate was very responsive to questions we had and provided great instructions for checking in. This home has very unique architecture and great outdoor living space. Everyone said they hoped this place is still available in three years when the next grandkid graduates 😊

I will be honest, my husband and I are very picky with tidiness of a place in the accommodation spaces, and Karen’s place surpassed our expectations. The decor is well done but most of the entire space stood out with its cleanliness . The bed was also very comfortable. Will always be looking foward to our future stays here. Karen seems very polite and such a hard worker in keeping the compound of her property tidy too. I would recommend anyone and everyone to consider her place. it’s worth every penny .

This was our third time staying at the apartment. It didn’t disappoint. The deck area is spacious and comfortable.

The location and home were awesome, parking is not far but not close. It was cozy, comfortable and quiet. I will stay again.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Drake House Properties, and my husband and I love it every single time!! This place was no exception to the others we stayed at the beautiful exposed brick, beautifully decorated, awesome location right in downtown Dubuque! The hot tub is amazing and the coffee shop right downstairs is DELICIOUS. I’m sure we will be back to stay again soon at one of these properties! :) we love the wide variety of things to do in/ and around Dubuque and this place is the BEST place to stay! Thank you so much Jenn for letting us stay at your properties multiple times! :)

Drake Place Loft was a great getaway. Clean, quiet, peaceful. No pet or smoke smells. Location above coffee shop makes breakfast very convenient. We plan to be back. 💯
