The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the bustle of the restaurants, theatre, and shops of the internationally acclaimed Dundrum Town Centre. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. Perfectly located in a quiet street beside the Dundrum Luas station (pleasant 13 min journey on LUAS light rail to centre of Dublin (St Stephens Green), trains every 3-5 mins. 7 min walk to the Pembroke District restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city at the award winning Dundrum Town Centre. Fancy a yoga class during your visit?...I teach in the studio next door. There's guest yoga mats in the house, and I'll get you a discount if you'd like to join my class. Sleeps 3 people comfortably A wonderful modern apartment, in the best location of Dublin just a 12 minute stroll to Grafton Street and St Stephens Green. The generous double bed room has wardrobes for ample storage. The living room is bright and airy and so expect to get lots of light and sun. A fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom has electric shower. 10 minutes walk from Temple Bar, 14 minutes walk from Dublins famous Guinness store house and a stones throw away from St Patricks Cathedral.
