On the property, there is also a 3-bed cottage for rent and the host couple Björn and Hanna, also live there. It is close to cross-country trails, alpine slopes such as Grövelfjäll (within a few kilometers) and Idre fjäll (3.5 miles), snowmobile trails and mountain hiking. A small grocery store is located in Storsätern, about 6 km away.

Lun and cozy cottage in a fantastic location right on Femundselva. The cabin is a converted bus garage - hence the name "Garage", and offers everything you would need for a nice and comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with WC/shower, living room with TV and fireplace. 4 bedrooms (2 with good size, 2 small). The rental price is based on self-catering. There are duvets and pillows in the cabin, however guest bring their own bed linen / towels.
