Beautiful property in a charming place, a real haven of peace, the villa is just sublime with all the modern comforts, every detail is thoughtfully thought out, and then a thoughtful host!

A lovely stay among the olive trees - Mountain View lives up to its name. All-round views, fresh air and a proper night sky full of stars. Everything is set up for a very confortable stay, including the top quality beds. It’s a vey calm soothing place and the on-site Moroccan Hammam was the perfect way to relax. If you like to meditate in the morning this rooftop is the place for it! Mustapha is a great host with excellent local knowledge and connections. He organised taxis from the airport and a visit to the weekly Berber market - a very authentic experience. He sourced us fresh local produce for our barbecue and a local cook made us some delicious tagines. My husband also had a haircut and shave at the village barbers! We really enjoyed our stay here and can’t wait to come back.

We loved it. Lovely quiet traditional (Amazign, Berber) room with private shower and toilet. Large double bed. Breakfast and dinner was exquisite! We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Dar Faracha. The local host Mohamed took great care of us and his mother Aicha cooked very delicious dinners for us. Absolutely beautiful surroundings in the peaceful oasis with views of the desert and mountains. Beatriz was quick to communicate and Mohamed helped us out with everything we needed to know around the area! I would go back any time! Thanks for the hospitality.

Big thanks for a wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, very quiet and peaceful, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to Hicham for his availability and communication throughout the stay, he really did everything to make our experience perfect. I highly recommend this place, as well as the beautiful sunset boat tour, an unforgettable moment!

We spent two nights with the family, and enjoyed the on-site dinners and breakfasts in front of stunning lake views. We particularly enjoyed the walk in the surrounding mountain with our host, the spacious accommodation and the flare up in the fireplace of the Moroccan living room. Undoubtedly one of our best memories of travel in terms of hospitality.

This is a perfect place for a quick stopover between the desert and Marrakech, if you're looking for something away from the tourists. Beautiful terrace with a great view and a lovely staff who accomodated our request to eat up there. Fantastic tagine too!

Unfortunately, we only spent one night there, it's a very nice place to stay a few days with friends or family! We'll be happy to go back! Welcoming and flexible host. Thanks again for this peaceful time.

Beautiful apartments. Clean and comfortable. Restaurants are nearby and many make takeout. We've been there twice.

We consulted about getting into the desert tent before booking and the host was quick to respond with detailed instructions that we booked his home very quickly.The desert tents are clean and spacious, breakfast dinners are all good, and the bonfire is cheerful in the evening.They are well serviced and in good communication.We felt very good for one night stay, it was great! Worth recommending

Lovely hosts, very private with a fantastic rooftop terrace and very easy parking right outside. Bring your own food if you don’t want a taxi or a long walk to a restaurant!

Brahim was a lovely host. Him and his family live just underneath and are super friendly and Brahim respond quickly. The space is super big and nice. There is one double bed but plenty of sofas to sleep on. Basic amenities are also there. All great.

I love how we were recieved, his father is a true renaissance man, the host was very friendly and we got tea on the house. The place itself was truly magical, I felt like i was in 1001 arabian nights. Shokran!

The apartment is in a very good location, possible to park right in front for free and do everything on foot. This was a real plus for us. The view is nice without anyone opposite you, there is direct private river access. we could hear the wolves communicating with each other at night

We spent one night in transit to Merzouga. A very nice surprise, the apartment is very well decorated (congratulations to the decorator) and especially quality equipment. Very well equipped. Ali was very responsive and available. An oasis in Midelt. I recommend it 1000%, and would happily come back!

We stayed for four nights, a family of 6 adults and 3 children aged 3, 5 and 8 years. The house is furnished beautifully in traditional Moroccan style and decorated with many ornaments, curios, and artworks. We were shocked on arrival by the property's palatial appearance, but soon settled in with the help of the guardian Mohammed and housekeeper Habiba. We thought it was self-catering but were informed by the host that if we bought the food then Habiba would cook for us. The cooking was to a high standard with extra luxuries like homemade cake, but what is prepared relies on what you provide and your instructions. We requested traditional Moroccan food. Mohammed and Habiba could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Mohammed is on call for any needs like taxis. The extensive garden of established plants and trees is illuminated by lanterns at night. The view of the lake and mountains is spectacular. The kids loved the swimming pool but must be supervised. Better than any hotel.

In Hassan's house, you will live experiences from a thousand and one nights. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in experiences you never thought you would have. If you are looking for strong emotions, I highly recommend this wonderful "midnight express" style estate. N.B. There will be no shortage of local wildlife characters, such as... picturesque! The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. The staff is overqualified, caring, and very attentive. This house is a haven of peace that combines luxury, elegance, nature and serenity. My friends and I had a lovely and relaxing weekend at Khalid's place. He and his brother were super helpful and responsive. Including daily deliveries of fire wood. Can't wait to come back for more peace and relaxation.

A beautiful villa with an authentic Moroccan vibe! The decor and ambiance are stunning, making for a truly relaxing stay. The food was absolutely delicious, and the chef is incredible—he can prepare any Moroccan dish upon request. A perfect experience, highly recommended!

Place away from all peaceful with a beautiful swimming pool well maintained by the caretaker who is very available Abdeljalil is very kind, helpful, do not hesitate to give him a little something... For its services it deserves , On the other hand, it is quite far from the center of Marrakech, not to be afraid to move away but you have a city to share where you will find everything you need at a low price and local and I also called Fathia's service for the kitchen, breakfast, Moroccan meal and also the cleaning, do not hesitate, it is a trusted and very helpful and kind person who will make your stay peaceful .

The house is sublime, magical view, we had a starry sky every night. The lake is very close, the garden is lovely. The kids loved the pool Self-contained house so you have to organize hot showers with children. Provide a high type 4x4 car because there is a lot of track with rocks and stones, the condition of the road not very varied depending on the passage and the weather, our little fiat 500 suffered a lot to reach the house but it was worth it. Michèle was easy to reach and there is hayat on site to help.
