"The Broken Clock" near restaurants and parking

This loft was designed with a clean and rustic modern feel, keeping with the beautiful architectural characteristics of historic downtown Springfield. It was named The Broken Clock to inspire its guest to use the space as a place of retreat. As you will notice, all of the clocks in the unit will not display real time and we hope this serves as a reminder to rest, breathe and enjoy life in the moment.The loft is ONE bedroom with a SUPER-COMFY king size bed… AND it also has two super cool bunks.

Our beautiful 3rd-floor (no elevator) apartment is just north of the downtown square, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and venues. Welcome to our 1931 Bissman yellow door cottage close to downtown, cafes and local micro-brewery just 1 block away. Theaters, restaurants, galleries and nightlife very close. Enjoy a cozy vintage charm and the location can't be beat. The house has been lovingly maintained and boasts many original details- featured as Home of the Week In Springfield paper. It has easy access to MSU, Drury, Evangel, Hammond’s Cardinals baseball field, WOW, Bass Pro, Mercy, hwy access and the mall.

The Camp House - NO CLEANING FEE

You can have the privilege of staying in one of Springfield's oldest homes, an historic 135 year old Victorian family home in beautiful Walnut Street Historic District with gardens and large front porch. The home was built by the owner's Great Grandfather for his new bride in 1886. The Camp House has always been owned and lived in by descendants of the original owner/builder, Dr. Walter and Pauline Camp. John and Pat have restored the home to it's mostly original condition.

1920 Stone Gas Station

This is a solid stone 1920 gas station that has been converted into a tiny house. It is two blocks off of old Route 66 within quick walking distance, (3 blocks) of downtown with lots of restaurants, clubs and cinemas and theaters. Park under the portico just feet from the front door. There is a living area and a bed beside a kitchen. There is a place to hang clothes. It has pressed tin ceilings and hardwood floors and a decorative electric wood stove.
