Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Downtown, San Luis Obispo

Beautiful spacious home with all the amenities! We spent the night at Cory’s before my sister’s cal poly graduation. Cory was super accommodating when I had asked for flexibility with check in and out time (first time traveling with a baby). The kitchen had all the amenities for my parents to cook dinner and we were able to enjoy a lovely meal in the back yard. It was so peaceful and lovely for everyone. Also loved that it is super close to downtown AG! One of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at.

The house itself was beautiful, squeaky clean, comfortable and with all the amenities needed. The views of the surrounding area (front and back) were amazing and could be seen from inside no matter which way you turned - with large sliding doors on both sides of living area. Enjoyed the hot tub (with views) and the outdoor gas fireplace. The host was great - responding to inquiries/requests within minutes and flexible with check-in when we asked about an early arrival. I would definitely stay here if traveling to Paso again.

This was our second visit to Lee Ann’s home. This time we were able to appreciate the lush summer vineyards, afternoon breezes, and even picked a few apricots. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views and the peace and quiet of the countryside.

We loved staying at Beth and Paul's house - everything was super well equipped and set up, the house felt super homey and comfortable, and everything we could have possibly needed was there. They were great communicators, super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

My extended family of 10 people and small dog enjoyed our stay very much. House is comfortable, especially backyard area. Cindy took great care to communicate before and during our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed and we especially appreciated some basic pantry necessities for some basic breakfast cooking. House was well stocked with linens and towels. Also appreciated bringing our dog who liked hanging out in back yard with us. Location worked well for weekend stay during CP graduation. Thanks Cindy! Just some highlighted notes to enhance propery info: 1) There is only 1 full bath in the main house. With 10 people, we had to plan accordingly to take showers. Need to step over and into the bathtub which might be more challenging for those with mobility issues. 2) The bungalow is probably better suited for adults only as it is in the back corner of property through backyard area (which is accessed by the 2 onsite tenants to enter their units).

Came here to stay for Cal Poly graduation. Emma's place is a great! Comfortable, convenient, spacious and quiet. Loved being away from the crowds and close to Montaña de Oro State Park - we walked the Bluff trail. Loved the thoughtful welcome - wine, handwritten notes and gift card for coffee to Nautical Bean. My teens loved the spa bathrobes. We would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you, Emma!

Edna Valley is a beautiful and peaceful area. It was easy to get around to lots of places without having to be in the thick of it. I would love to stay at Diane’s property again. It had everything you need and more. The unit although on the same property, felt very private and safe. I did not meet Diane in person however, all interactions were welcoming and pleasant. Thank you for opening your spacious, tranquil, and full of amenities home to my family.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Captain’s-Stunning Bay & Ocean Views! Matt and Toni were wonderful hosts . From the moment I inquired about the apartment they showed attentiveness and quick response and a very warm welcome once we arrived. I’d mentioned that my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and they surprised us with a sparkling Rose’ wine bottle with a happy anniversary card and a happy anniversary letters banner hanging from the living room window. There was an area on the floor with doggie mat and a basket with doggie treats and amenities. They even emailed us a guidebook of the nearby restaurants and places to visit. The views from the windows facing the bay were breathtaking and picturesque and could hear sea lions barking. The apartment was very clean and didn’t even have any pet odors considering that pets are welcome. The neighborhood was peaceful and serene and we felt safe walking down to the bay even after dark. The perfect mini vacation.

Our stay in Paso was amazing thanks to this beautiful perfectly located condo! More spacious than we expected with a huge beautiful bathroom. So many restaurants and shops in the area and the square right outside our front door!

Plenty of space. Hosts were great. Enjoyed the country feeling but only a couple miles from the Village of AG or the 101 freeway.

We would stay at Corey's place again. He is quick to respond. He provided info and map of local area to look at. Nice surprise he had a coffee grinder, we didn't need to bring our own, he even had coffee beans, but we brought some. Beds were very comfortable, plunty of towels. Kitchen is well stocked. I can't think of anything they didn't have. It's a very nice place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was phenomenal and we were able to easily walk to and from downtown. The condo itself was wonderful and comfortably fit 5 of us. The rooftop patio was unforgettable, and we spent a lot of time up there enjoying the scenery. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting SLO!

Great location, walkable to beach and town - lots of restaurants and shopping near by. View from condo was great! Hosts were very responsive.

Overall great little spot hidden away behind the dunes. The place was super clean and a short walk from the beach. David was helpful & responsive. We stayed a whole month before our move to arroyo grande from Texas and would do it again no questions asked!

Thank you Anna. Great location, easy to find and great that there was dedicated parking. We have been visiting Paso for over 20 years and seem to find a different place every time that suits our specific needs. We originally needed a 2 bedroom/2 bath at the time of booking and this was definitely what we were looking for. Clean, neat, close/walking distance to all. We didn't end up needing the second bedroom/bath, but for anyone who does, this is a perfect location. Anna was great in communicating the arrival and departure procedures. Very happy to recommend this location to anyone:)

10/10 amazing place! My family and I loved it as soon as we walked in. Very beautiful, clean, and a cool experience. Our plan to go to the beach went away and all we wanted to do was to stay at the house. So cozy and relaxing. Felt we were inside a magazine! A dream vacation and stay. Beds were comfortable, everything was working, plenty of towel, walkable to shops and beach, the rooftop was so fun and cool! Nothing bad to say about this place and in fact we want to come back! Thank you Courtney for being an amazing host!

This was our third stay at this beautiful Pismo Beach condo, and it truly feels like our home away from home. It’s become our favorite spot for our annual summer trip, and each time we return, it somehow gets even better. We noticed a few thoughtful updates since our last visit, and everything was just perfect. The view from the dining and living room is so stunning, we never even feel the need to go out for dinner—we’d rather enjoy every sunset right here. The place is fully stocked with everything you could need, making it easy and comfortable for our little family of four. We already can’t wait to come back!
