Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown San Jose

We stayed at the apartment while our house was getting remodeled. The location is great—walking distance to shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and the patio was a great addition. The first-floor location and the large trees make the apartment cooler, but also a little dark. Overall, we had a good stay, and Cosme has been very responsive and flexible with our change of plans!

We were almost sorry to stay for only two nights. The place is just about perfect, with an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and any amenity you might need (possible exception is a/c, but it wasn’t very warm during our stay). The traffic died down at night , making it a quiet place to sleep. Particularly nice is the immediate proximity of the bay tail: perfect for a morning run or an evening stroll. Oriel was very proactive communicating, and we never had any uncertainty about anything. Highly recommended: we would stay there again anytime!

It’s a nice place. Looks newly renovated. Nice shoe storage, patio with furniture to sit. Pool view. Laura has stocked most of the things needed. Spices, enough dishwasher pods, laundry detergen etc.. Pots and pans looked little old. Check-in is very easy and the auto lock works really well. One assigned car parking was given. Not easy to get a parking spot on street. A nice stay overall. Felt like home..

Great location! Apartment was spotless and location very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Hosts were very responsive. We had a bit of trouble with the app that provides access to the garage , but we were generally able to piggyback with someone else entering the garage, so it wasn’t a significant problem. Would happily stay again.

Wilton is a very responsive and friendly host. All necessities were provided in a timely manner. I stayed with family and it was very comfortable for all of us. I would stay here again.

Well lite, Door entrance, easy access along with detailed, easy to follow instructions for entering. Comfortable, safe surroundings- Unit is comfortable, bathroom super clean- comfortable bed. This is my second visit and host as responsive as the first visit. Thank you, Linda

I really enjoyed my stay here, the apartment was large and lovely with hardwood floors and thoughtful decor. It was nice to have a covered parking spot so close to the apartment, and I loved the little lounge seat in the bedroom. The closets were very roomy with big mirrors and there were lots of comfy blankets and towels and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper for guests. The bathroom had two sinks and lots of drawers and cabinets. The area was quiet and safe and the neighbors were friendly. I especially loved the water features on the grounds, and the patio had a perfect view of the fountains and beautiful redwood trees. The hosts were great and answered the few questions I had. It was very peaceful and I would definitely stay here again!

A lovely little cabin in the rustic Lompico hills just outside of Felton. The open floor plan makes the cabin feel very roomy, and the bright interior, together with lots of natural light, makes the place feel very cheery and welcoming. The property sits on a half-acre of gently sloping land ringed by redwoods, it's gorgeous and peaceful. Our dog loved roaming, sniffing around and playing fetch with the tennis balls left by the host. Getting there is quite easy, just follow the host's directions...the narrow mountain road might seem a little daunting at first, but we got the hang of it quickly. About 5 minutes down the road is the Zayante general store for necessities and Felton proper is about 10 minutes away. Loch Lomond is also about 10 minutes away. Lompico is a beautiful area with a cool history (look it up!) and the perfect place to unwind. Thanks for having us!

I love this area. Quiet neighborhood in the middle of everything. Short drive to Santa Cruz, SF, Palo Alto, and Oakland. Surrounded by the best food.

My toddlers, brother and I stayed for one night. So comfy and a nice space. The bathtub! Amazing! Very nice space and will book again!

This charming house was the perfect place for my family to stay for the Cinequest Film Festival. We were delighted to sit in the garden in the sun for breakfast and chill in the massage chair after a long day. We walked to all of the festival venues and the food in the area was amazing. Highly recommend this very comfortable, charming, and spacious house.

Ricky's place was perfect for what we needed and just a mile away from History Park. The place is spacious with three rooms and all the appliances worked well and were super clean! The host left water bottles in the fridge which really helped during the heat wave. The beds were super comfortable and I was really impressed with the soft towels. We left our thermos in the fridge and they offered to ship it back to us. That really is true hospitality. We had a fantastic stay at their place and will definitely book again when we're in the area! Thanks so much!

Words really can’t describe this space, we felt super comfortable and right at home. We stayed for quite a long time — a little over 2 weeks. One fav, was having access to a washer and dryer. She even provided numerous towels AND robes! I felt like I was in a hotel hehe! I love to cook, the kitchen was filled with great starters and lots of seasonings. I was able to host a couple small dinner with my family. Best part was when we checked in, we were so dehydrated/hungry-from the long flight.. she had provided snacks and cold drinks in the fridge! I would definitely choose this place again for when my bf visits!!

Such a beautiful place!! Really a gem of a cabin with beautiful forest and creek surrounding, making it feel secluded and peaceful while still having a comfortable and clean place to stay. The place is just like the pictures and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay including the grill, spa tub, and kitchen with all the necessities. All instructions were clear and easy to follow for everything in the cabin. There was a beach area for the creek about 1-2 min walk down the road with chairs and great area to play for kids along with the advertised play area for kids about 3-4 min easy walk across the bridge. Overall highly recommend whether you have little ones or not, plenty for everyone to enjoy!! We will definitely be planning a return visit!

Star's place was clean, quiet and perfect for our needs!

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Perfect stay in Palo Alto! The place was very comfortable and spacious in a peaceful area and in walking distance from the town. We really enjoyed our time there and April and the team were super helpful and responsive to any questions or needs.

Beautiful place to stay and spend wonderful time in the backyard, House is located closer to University and restaurants. Assigned parking spot is added advantage to this house. Enjoyed staying in this house.

Nice penthouse apartment with convenient access from the garage, close to a lot of good restaurants and stores.

It was a great 2 week stay. Every day essentials were provided which was great for my hubby who travels around California for work. Loved the outdoor area to hang out after work and enjoy some outdoor quiet time.
