This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

When you enter, you will go up a lucky 18 steps to the open living and kitchenette area. It has a queen sleeper sofa, dining table and TV. Josh was very friendly, responsive, flexible, and made the move in and love out really smooth. The place was really beautiful and my family enjoyed having a living room and a movie theater upstairs. The place was super clean. Josh gave us clear instructions on everything we needed.
