Vacation rentals with beach access in Downtown Dubai

Alles war perfekt. Es gab keine Probleme und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Er fragte nach allem, was wir wollten und tat sein Bestes, um uns zu helfen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Alles prima. Nur die Anweisung welcher der 3 Tower es ist fehlte, Wir sind lange herum geirrt und konnten niemanden erreichen. Als wir dann. an der Rezeption waren wusste niemand Bescheid weil wir auch die Apartment Nummer nicht hatten. Ansonsten alles prima.

Wir haben uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Sarah war eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin und immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Wir freuen uns wieder hierher zu kommen !!

Beautiful apartment, Junaid was super responsive and only a text away at any time. The views from both the apartment and the pool were fantastic!! Didn't want to leave the complex it was so nice. Highlight recommend staying.

הגענו משפחה לחופשה, היה מושלם!!! עצם זה שאתה משתמש בכל שירותי המלון זה יתרון גדול על פני השאר, קיבלו אותנו יפה מאוד, המארחים היו מאוד אדיבים ודאגו לכל פרט, המטבח ממש מאובזר, יש סופר מרקט מעבר לכביש, חוף ים צמוד ומושקע , טיילת יפיפיה, הדירה מרווחת ונעימה עם נוף עוצר נשימה, המארחת מו ליוותה אותנו עד לסיום הצ׳קהאוט הייתה מאוד אדיבה ולבבית, דובאי יפיפיה לא הספקנו לעשות כל מה שתכננו, אין ספק שנחזור לכאן שוב, תודה רבה תהנו בחופשה ❤️🙏🏻

Everything was great! I highly recommend this apartment. I stayed for 19 nights and loved it. The furniture is beautiful - modern and sleek, the bed very comfortable- which is very important to me as I am traveling a lot - literally everything you might possibly need is available in the apartment - from kitchen equipment to washing utilities. The view is also amazing. For me definitely a place that feels like home 😊.

Easy detailed instructions. Flexible check-in with the lock. Beach and Swimming pool are really nice. Good place to disconnect yet close to old Dubai and business bay. Apartment super clean and with all the possible needs covered. fully assorted kitchen, nice tv, full washing machine and dishwasher... Host very responsive with very detailed instructions nothing left to chance. Recommend!

Zilal was very responsive. We asked for cleaning supplies and he immediately provided us with them. The area is great for families with a play area just around the corner.

Elite one is a beautiful builing and you have all the amenities you want. I loved the stay with Sardinia homes because she was so helpful in everything and everything was so clean. Thank you !

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Almira was a wonderful host. Very easy to communicate with. Her apartment is really beautiful and in a wonderful location. A bit noisy because of the busy roads but we had no problem sleeping. Definitely a must stay place.

Super logement nous avons adoré y séjourner. L’emplacement est idéal on est proches de la marina mais aussi de JBR. On a pu faire pas mal de choses à pied. Le parking gratuit est un grand atout. La piscine du Marriott et la salle de sport accessible sont la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci infiniment à Zunayd et Omid.

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

Ho trascorso 14 giorni fantastici nell’alloggio di Maha! La casa era esattamente come descritta, pulita, ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La zona è tranquilla e ben collegata, perfetta sia per rilassarsi che per esplorare i dintorni. Maha è stata un’host eccezionale: sempre disponibile, gentile e pronta ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. Mi sono sentito davvero a casa. Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio e non esiterei a tornarci in futuro!
