Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

Mt Snow - Steps away from slopes

Directly on the mountain. Ski right back to your door. Less than 2 minute walk to the trails. Full kitchen, dishwater, washer/dryer, microwave. Fireplace with free wood. Large screen TV in living room and 1 in master bedroom. Ground floor with a private deck for relaxing. Ample parking. Condo across the hall is also available for larger groups. The pool (indoor and outdoor) and hot tubs are open and available to renters as is fully equipped gym (all year) and tennis courts in summer.

Beautifully restored 18th century farmhouse situated on 4.6 private acres within a 180 acre working farm. Five bedrooms, wood stoves, ample living space, and a cheery sun room with gorgeous views make this house one of a kind. Our backyard features an in-ground, heated, salt water swimming pool (open May to mid-Oct), fire pit (open year-round), large outdoor dining table, gas grill, and a deck with lounge seating and jacuzzi (open year-round). Parties and events are not allowed.

Bear's Den - Mt Snow Townhome w/ Heated Pool!

Renovated 3-level, 2 bedroom+ twin sleep loft, 2.5 bathroom townhouse on Mt Snow. For the non-snowy months, enjoy the outdoor heated pool, gas fire pit, grill, tennis courts & hiking trails up the mountain as well as other great local activities, lakes and festivals near by. In the winter, take the shuttle 1 mile to the mountain and take the private ski trail back home. NOTE: Pool is Open between Memorial Day & Labor Day

The 1770 House

Come and enjoy our country retreat with breathtaking mountain and valley views. This expanded 1770 farmhouse gives you 4,500 sq. ft. of space for large family and friends get togethers. The house overlooks the Green River Valley with views to Vermont. The end of a dirt road location provides a quiet escape with views and vistas that are constantly changing through the seasons. There are three bathrooms.

After a day on the slopes relax in the hot tub or take a dip in the heated pool or maybe enjoy some time in the sauna. Then enjoy sitting in front of the gas fireplace and maybe watch a movie. TV is a smart TV, basic cable is included - personal password needed for Netflix, Hulu, etc.
