the accommodation was impeccable, more beautiful even than the photos. the perfect decor. the bedding very good ( thank you the screens!!) the very pleasant pool. I did not understand that there was another accommodation next door but we had no inconvenience. no noise and no vis-à-vis. self check-in and check-out are convenient .

Ingrid’s place was just perfect. Super clean, amazing location, beautifully decorated, very well equipped, beautiful sea view and lovely warm reception from Ingrid as host. Our only regret was that we were unable to stay longer! We highly recommend this beautiful home for a perfect vacation in le Helleux, one of our favourite spots in Guadeloupe. We hope to return soon.

Nice accommodation offered by Isly. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighborhood is very nice. The TV offers streaming services like Netflix and the air conditioning works very (too) well! The bathroom is also nice and has hot water. The bedding is comfortable. The outdoor kitchenette is very useful, the only problem in our opinion is the opposite when you are outside during the day. Other than that, it's a 10/10.

Very welcoming and available family. They took great care of us throughout the stay. They made us taste fresh coconut, papaya, sugar cane, cinnamon apple... Not to mention Tenessee, an adorable dog. We'll be happy to come back.

We spent 9 days in Ophélie's place. We have nothing to complain about. The listing is as described. Tastefully decorated. There's nothing missing. The hardest part is leaving this little piece of heaven. The welcome punch is really a great idea and Ophélie is really a very responsive and pleasant host. You can go there without a second thought.

We came with family and were able to enjoy a peaceful haven in this beautiful home! Joel and his wife were very welcoming and responsive ☺️ The accommodation was as described, very functional, and small touches were provided which is nice. 👍 In addition, it is very well located for visiting many must-see places in Guadeloupe. Big plus for the outdoors, with the beautiful terrace and hammock that allow you to enjoy the perfectly maintained garden. 🙂 I would recommend it without so much as a second thought and we'll be happy to come back and stay with you 😉 it was perfect 👍 Thanks again

We enjoyed our stay at Laurent's. The apartment is comfortably furnished, and the shop to open by the kitchen has given the accommodation a special Caribbean charm. The proximity to the beach and shopping was very convenient. We especially thank Laurent for the numerous tips – especially the tips on proper ventilation helped a lot to get used to the heat. The fast Internet was also great. And the mosquito swatters definitely saved our evenings!

Pascale is very welcoming and available. The accommodation is impeccable, the outdoor kitchen is very functional and has all the amenities like at home. beautiful environment. the place is spotless and very clean. Accommodation as expected, peaceful ocean view and quiet location. Very good welcome by Elodie (thank you in particular for the good planter who was waiting for us in the fridge!) who also arranged us for our departure time according to our flight. With our two sons we are delighted with our stay in this accommodation. You can stay there, you will be won over by this peaceful place.

Everything was perfect!

We rented all 5 homes, to several families with children, it was just great! The common area is perfect for meeting and each home offers all the amenities and a pleasant and secluded space! Perfect for getting the kids to sleep! Patrick and Marina are excellent hosts, very caring (thank you for the planter and the accras!!!) Recommended +++

Everything was perfect, (former hotel site). Small private beach, infinity pool overlooking the sea. Food truck on site in the evening except Tuesday. Everything is stated in the listing. I'll definitely go back next time. Marion was always there when needed.

Very proactive host and very welcoming neighbor. Super nice villa with common areas, privacy and all the necessary equipment, even for our baby, we didn't miss anything. Possibility to walk to beautiful Bois-Jolan beach, but safer to go by car.

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

What to say about this exceptional accommodation, extremely well located on the island. We spent 5 unforgettable days, with all the necessities and comfort to feel very good. The accommodation is therefore of impeccable quality, no negative reviews to be made. But to sublimate everything, Beatrice and Paul are extremely kind, welcoming, friendly and very responsive hosts. They did everything to ensure that we had an exceptional stay. Welcome aperitif, breakfast dropped off on Sundays, direct answers to our questions. They are extremely kind, know how to be present but also discreet and seem to adapt well to the needs of their tenants. We loved sharing a few moments with them! We would recommend it without hesitation, 100%. If there is availability, don't ask yourself more questions, this is this place for you.

everything is fine, the apartment is located on the edge of the complex, it is quiet, you can see the sea from the terrace. Apartment has everything you need, we had a good time, would gladly come back.

Small quiet nest, a short walk to the beach, simple but effective, for a family vacation

Listing as described, well-equipped, pleasant terrace and pool. We enjoyed being able to walk to the helleux beach and pretty woods. Eric is a responsive and friendly host!

We spent two days at Karen's place. This stay was a brief stop between two excursions and met our expectations. We enjoyed the outdoor layout (pool, hammock, deckchair, kitchen with oven). The bedding was comfortable. You have to be ready to stay as close as possible to nature's little friends, which makes the stay even more exotic.

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

Chantal was a great host always available to help us. Her apartment was super clean with all the amenities, wonderful kitchen and a nice terrace. Close to St. Anna Beach and to the supermarket, bakery and restaurants.
