If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

It’s located in a quiet horse shoe street with many parking possibilities and a cute secure pet friendly backyard with a typical lemon tree and hills hoist.. We have decorated it with a lot of 50s elements to give it the charm of a glorious era of the Macarthur region. Our cozy, rustic, private room with separate shower is ideal for a weekend getaway, or staying a night after a social function. The room is entirely separate from the main house with your own access. The bathroom is separate from the room as can be seen in photo 5. Located outside Camden with a 15 min walk into the town, 50 minutes from Sydney and 10 mins from the Hume Highway. The proximity to Camden makes it very convenient. (1.2 km) You can walk back from a night out.

100 year old Railway Carriage

Comfortable but compact, set in beautiful bushland, owner's house closeby. 10 minutes from shops, restaurants and railway station. 50 minutes from Sydney Airport. Extra note: some guests have mentioned swimming in the George's River but this is not always advisable due to water quality . Also while there is an electric BBQ it is not always possible to light the open fire because of legal restrictions.
