Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Douglas County

Had everything we needed for our group, and the outdoor space was gorgeous. Super comfortable beds too

The house well exceeded my expectations! Laura and Shaun were always responsive and incredibly accommodating making the stay that much better. The house had everything we could have needed and provided a lot of fun and activities for the family to do.

A wonderful family weekend. Even though the weather did not cooperate, there was plenty to do inside with some fun arcade games and foosball table. Very spacious kitchen, dining and living room. Lots of bedrooms and plenty of beds. If the weather were nice we would have loved the volleyball, dock & boat!

We had a really lovely stay here! The space is gorgeous and the sunset over the lake was stunning every night. Plenty of room to space out, as well as nice communal areas for dining together or watching a movie.

This was a perfect space for a friend board game weekend. The house was spacious for everyone and the backyard and lake view was beautiful.

A high quality place to relax for a few days by water. Very nice and lots of beds for a big group. Tom was very responsive, informative, and helpful if needed. Would recommend.

We stayed at Bee & Paul's place in Fergus Falls for four nights. We really enjoyed ourselves. (Except for the weather, which was awful!) Though the house is old, the unit is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. It's easy to find -- in a quiet neighborhood close to this small town's downtown. We had breakfast every morning at the Viking Cafe (highly recommend!) and found a couple of good restaurants for dinner.

I have stayed at Bee and Paul's place (both upstairs and down) five times this year, and each time has been incredible. Both places are comfortable, clean, welcoming and filled with everything you might need and then some! I love this house and can't imagine staying anywhere else in Fergus Falls. Everybody is incredibly responsive, it's easy to check in and out, and the neighborhood is among my favorite places to walk. Just can't say enough about this house and these hosts!

Plenty of space for our quick visit to Alexandria. Location was close to many restaurants and a quick drive to Carlos Creek Winery. Very nice furniture, linens, and towels. My kids would like to come back to use the fire pit and hammock since we couldn’t due to rain. We would stay here again.

My daughter and i have stayed at another one of Debra's properties a couple years ago and loved everything about them! Decorated so cute! Thank you Debra!

We had amazing two night stay before heading back to Minneapolis airport after family wedding in montana....easy to find spotless cabin with super comfy beds. Outside area amazing our son caught his first fish and off course put it back in lake 🥰 and we all enjoyed having smores at the firepit on second night. Bedrooms could do with black out blinds as very bright early morning. But besides that we would definitely not hesitate in recommending this cabin to anyone travelling in this area.

We took a long weekend for family and Karin was so responsive up to our checking in, she was an absolute delight to work with! The home was clean, neat, tidy, and just what we needed for the entire weekend getaway There was nothing we needed with a party of 6-She has literally thought of everything you could need for a delightful stay!! Karin was extremely flexible and communicated right away! We can’t wait to come back!!! 5/5… would highly recommend!!

This lake house was amazing! Super spacious with tons of room both inside and out to relax and hang out. The views of the lake were absolutely gorgeous!! The house had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out without ever feeling crowded. Lisa was awesome, she was really responsive and easy to communicate with. She made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. Overall, just a perfect spot for a laid-back, relaxing getaway. Would 100% stay here again

Dennis was a very kind and considerate host, and the house was perfect. All of the kitchenware seemed very new, including all of the non-stick pans. Little things like that make a big difference.

We loved our fall stay at The Darling Cabin. It’s such a cozy, quaint cabin with a BEAUTIFUL view of the lake! It’s a quick trip to Alexandria and Bethany provided recommendations for great spots to eat, drink, play! Loved the dock, deck, and sunroom! The bed was super comfy too! Would love to go back someday! The kitchen and bathroom are small - not a deal breaker for us, but know that it’s important to some. Just something to consider if you find that important. So much dining, sun room, and deck space! That we LOVED!

We really enjoyed staying here and we would come back again. The home is beautiful inside and out. This is a great place for couples. The bed was very comfortable. This is probably my favorite Air BnB I’ve stayed at.

We travel from Montana ,with our boat and dogs, and meet family for a fishing vacation every year. This home has a boat launch close by and a dock for the boat which was ideal. There is also an adorable winery and a restaurant on the lake. I was able to get the boat and Kia Telluride backed into the driveway, although it was a tight fit. The property is narrow with neighbors close by, we walked our dogs up and down the street several times each day and the neighbors were all friendly. The firepit looked inviting even though we never did use it. The beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Its worth noting that this is a family built cabin and they use it, so it's not perfect and they have personal belongings there.* not saying this in a negative way, just setting expectations. The hosts were very kind and responsive throughout our stay. We have stayed in several aribnbs in the area and will certainly keep this home on the list for next year.
