30 day minimum stay. Our place is close to the mountains, 15 min. to Red Rocks Amphitheater, 5 min. to Chatfield State Park, Weddings. Our neighborhood has walking and bike paths, restaurants, Starbucks, shopping , 15 min. to Light Rail, 50 min. to closest ski area, close to C-470 and I-70. 45 min to DIA and just 25 min. to Downtown Denver. We are excited to share our home with fellow travelers. Coffee choice drip, espresso, French press, instant hot water to steep a nice selection of tea.
