A 2-minute walk from the city center, 35 is a small house composed on the ground floor of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen overlooking a small exterior to have lunch on the terrace under the trellis or rest in the grass, a lounge area and an entrance with toilet. Upstairs you will have 2 beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.

The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. Car free zone, public transport nearby, cycling recommended.

Besançon city center is about a 10-minute drive away. Private parking at the foot of the property.

The two bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet are separated by a floor. The room on the ground floor (equipped kitchen/living room) has a fireplace and parquet flooring.
