Our charming little villa with heated swimming pool from October to April, without neighbors and garage for families, very quiet and independent, ⁰Treat yourself to a little privacy in a peaceful environment. Ideally located close to the Ourika road, 1 min, where there is the Taxi & Bus station. Located just 7 minutes to Carrefour Mazar and Megarama Cinema, 13 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to Jamee Elfna, train station and CTM bus station, close to all amenities, in a relaxing green area not overlooked.
