My stay with Monsieur Guillaume went well,the accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, secure with a caretaker, very warm welcome , and very responsive. The super market is very close , bakery, etc... I recommend Mr. Guillaume's Fayam residence because you really feel at home . And I'll be back for my next stay.

We had a great stay here. The apartment has everything that you need. We also experienced very good communication from the management and staff. We felt reassured that they could quickly provide or fix anything if needed. The apartment was well-equipped and functional. It is obviously a very professional management company. We enjoyed the pool which was clean and well-kept as well as enjoying the yard. The neighborhood feels safe and is perfectly located for most of the Douala hot spots. We can definitely recommend another stay here!

Once again, the stay at André's was impeccable. Accommodation, location, everything matches the photos and listings. The decor is exquisite. In addition, André's local staff respond effectively to requests. There are several apartments available, which can accommodate a group of several people, or several families. I don't hesitate to recommend André's place.

Every time I'm in Cameroon I stay with hilaire and I'm always satisfied. It is responsive and the apartment is well located easy to access with Google maps and even on yango. The place is clean and as described in the photos. The apartment is bright as I like with a nice American kitchen. When I'm there I feel at home because there are all the amenities so I need for my stay. Special mention to the caretaker who is very active and helpful. I would come back again because with him I am not disappointed.

wonderful place, clean, with hot water, fast wifi, cable and all the amenities one could want. the access roads aren't the best, but the place and service are certainly excellent. I would go back, without a doubt.

Beautiful place, clean and tidy, as in the photos. Fully furnished. Air conditioning in the living room (seemingly recent) and in the bedroom. functional wifi. Easy to access, a short walk from the tar(road), lots of amenities nearby. The host's representative is very kind, responsive and available. The arrival was good. The host is open to suggestions and possible improvements. I recommend it.
