Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Apartment to feel good in the heart of the old town

Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

The quiet, 2-room flat in trendy Neuenheim is tucked away behind the main building and can be booked with one or two single beds (see pictures). The old town is a ten-minute stroll away, and it takes only three minutes to reach the next tram stop (10 min. to train station). Neuenheim itself has everything you need: outdoor cafés, bars, grocery stores, and a farmers’ market Wednesdays and Saturdays!

If you are looking for a modern, spacious and family-friendly apartment in the middle of the mountain road with great connections to Weinheim and Heidelberg, this is the place to be. With a private balcony on the south side, you can enjoy the sunsets. The spacious room offers space for sleeping, dining, working and cooking. Features: New kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, soda streamer. Washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi. Sofa bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m. 2 x bed linen. The lovingly furnished apartment is located in Sandhausen. It is located on the 3rd floor with a separate entrance and has 2 rooms with about 40 square meters, a well-equipped pantry kitchen, dining area, daylight bathroom with shower/toilet. The living room is air-conditioned. Cozy king size bed 160 x 200 m, wardrobe, TV (Telekom Magenta, prime video, Netflix), coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer, toiletries, Wi-Fi, use of carport. No pets. Non-smoking.

Studio-garden apartment

The studio apartment is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance with a parking bay and patio. It’s located on the ground floor, with direct access to a small garden. Easy City access: public transport is a 5 - 10 min walk, leaving your car parked at the apartment. Situated just 3 km from Heidelberg’s historic old town, the location offers a scenic walk along the Neckar River through a charming, established neighborhood.

Private room in Art Nouveau villa (ZE-2022-4-WZ-120B)

Very close to the Neckar, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes' walk. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two work or guest rooms that we use mainly during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. Please open the window when cooking!!

Bright & cozy apartment near Heidelberg

The cozy 1-room apartment with terrace & TG parking space is located on the ground floor of a multi-family house in the center of Dossenheim, just minutes from HD-Neuenheimer Feld (university hospital) and HD Altstadt. The 30 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, but is ideal for 1-2 people. The day bed (90 x 200) can be expanded to 180 x 200. There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment that can accommodate 2 people.

One-bedroom studio, queen size bed (160cm), small kitchen, flatscreen tv (no cable), dvd player. Neckar-view, main sights of Heidelberg in walking distance.
