Surroundings: - Walking distance to the Stadthalle (10min), Hagen city centre (15min). University of Applied Sciences Südwestf., Fern-Uni (10 min by car). Bus stops on site.

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Enjoy a lovely stay in my very central (7 minutes by walking from the central station of Dortmund) flat. The flat has one separated bedroom with a 1,40x2,00 meters bed, suitable for 2 persons. A third person could also sleep on the couch in the living room. The kitchen is opened through a pillar to the living room. You can enjoy your stay, whilst having access to your own private Terrasse. Our property is located in the center of Schwerte. On foot you can reach the train station in 5 minutes and the Ruhr in 10 minutes. Cafés, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance within a few minutes. The Rohrmeisterei is also just a stone's throw from us. Our garden and our route can also be used. If you are traveling by bike, you can safely store it in our yard. Access to your space is self-sufficient.

Calling all stork fans and nature lovers! This newly renovated and modern but cozily furnished property is located in the green Schwerte-Geisecke. Surrounded by the Ruhr meadows, on the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path, you will be able to spend a relaxing time here. As a special highlight, you have a direct view of a stork nest a few meters away. At the right time, the stork couple can be observed here during courtship and breeding.

Stadion/Messe/Congress/Citynah

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The house can be booked as a whole, with 4 people in the apartment upstairs and 6 people in the apartment on the ground floor. In total, up to 10 people can be accommodated. Alternatively, the apartments can also be booked separately.
