Great place, exactly as described! It was fun walking across the bridge into town. The view across the water is hard to beat. Frances was helpful and friendly.

Pier View Portmagee

We had a fairly short stay (one night), but David was very helpful in getting us everything we needed to know. The location can’t be beat if you’re doing any boat tours or activities close to the water. The house was perfect for two couples (en-suite bathrooms are wonderful) and had everything we needed. Would love to come back for another stay!

The Peaceful Puffin Portmagee

EricRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The Peaceful Puffin was the perfect little place to stay while in and around Portmagee. The little strip of shop and restaurants is walkable and site like Kerry Cliffs and Bray Head are only a few minutes drive. The home was clean and comfortable. The washer/dryer was very nice to have after several days of adventuring around The Ring of Kerry. The internet was speedy, great for checking in on things as we rested after a day of hiking and sight seeing. Just like the pictures show there is plenty of great spaces to relax and read or watch something on the TV. Our family really enjoyed the stay and felt like this was our little home away from home while exploring Ireland.

The Barn

We had the most amazing 2 days stay, we were sorry we didn’t book 3 nights. We are Cork people and have been to Kerry many times, but I felt this was another side I hadn’t seen. Absolutely stunning views, but so pet friendly that’s a huge bonus. We had our 2 dogs with us and they loved it, Our hosts were great, not intrusive but still on hand if we had questions. They have a slob of a Labrador Rocky and multiple cats and ducks that roam , we loved The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great , and hot water on tap any time we needed it. There is a slow cooker, air fryer, toaster and a microwave, and an amazing fridge that kept everything so cold as would a a full size fridge. So for us we had everything we needed. I hope that Tara welcomes us back as guests ♥️

Ring of Kerry-Valentia Island-2 Bedroom Apartment

MiriamRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Lovely modern two bedroom apartment with a large smart tv. Separate utility room was very handy for the airfryer and coffee machine we brought with us. Generous welcome pack of scones, bread and jams on arrival. Kitchen was well equipped for self catering needs. Host was able to provide high chair, cot and black out blind for our toddler.
