Vacation rentals with beach access in Donostia-San Sebastian

Bea & Bingen were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They really went over and above to accommodate my complicated travel arrangements and last minute changes! They really made us feel right at home, as if staying with a cousin. The place was clean, cozy, and in the best location for San Sebastian—close to everything, but also giving you a nice little break from the crowded old town after all the pintxos. Highly recommend staying here if you're in San Sebastian!

Spacious, comfortable apartment in the Gros neighborhood of San Sebastián. The location is great, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, markets, etc. The apartment faces inside and it's very quiet. The roll-down shades make the apartment really dark which is great for sleeping. The apartment has an open setup so there's lots of room in the kitchen area. The apartment is located in the 1st floor which makes it easy to walk up but there's also an elevator. The place is located close to the beach (~10 minute walk) but there's no "direct access" per se as mentioned on the listing. The apartment has both a dish washer and a laundry washing machine which is very useful.

A lovely stay in Unai’s place. He welcomed us and gave loads of information about San Sebastián. A spacious apartment about a 5 min walk to the beach. Everything you need is nearby as well as lots of bars and restaurants. The Old Town is about a 30 minute walk along the promenade. Would recommend!

Super gelegen in der Altstadt und mit seitlichem Meerblick. Grosszügige und schöne Wohnung. Super sauber, eifaches und persönliches Check-in mit guten Infos zur Gegend. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir waren mit 1 Kind und 1 Baby da.

We had a great time. The place was clean, spacious and well stocked. Was also located in the heart of the old town so was perfect for exploring the city and had great places to eat and drink. Despite the busy location we did not find it noisy when going to sleep at night. Would highly recommend

Incredible! Modern, light, spacious and perfectly positioned for San Sebastián. It’s an easy 5 minute walk into the old town and one street from the beach! The local area is bursting with cool cafes, places to eat and boutiques and the atmosphere is perfect for anyone who wants to explore the city! We travelled with children and the apartment was perfect, super modern, great layout, safe and in the best location of any Airbnb we have stayed in. Surf boards and wetsuits to rent around the corner so this is truly a place that ticks all the boxes. The rental hosts were on hand locally, helped with recommendations, transfers and were just super friendly and responsive! We can’t wait to return! Thank you

This beautiful apartment is truly the best of Airbnb. Its stunning location and fabulous facilities make it a must if you’re considering a stay in San Sebastián. Geräumige und sehr saubere Unterkunft im Wohnviertel am Rande der Altstadt von San Sebastian, der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Unkomplizierter Self-Check-In und Check-Out. Alles wie in der Beschreibung. Nichts zu beanstanden, alles bestens. Für Parken ist eine Vorabbuchung im nächsten Parkhaus (wir waren im Txofre Parking) empfehlenwert, da es so gut wie keine freien Parkplätze an der Straße gibt.

Un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison. Très agréable à vivre et pour partager de bons moments. Kamel a été de très bons conseils et très agréable.

La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée, la piscine très agréable ! Les nombreuses salles de bain et toilettes sont un vrai plus quand on vit à 8. Le seul léger "bémol" est que la maison donne sur une route assez passante mais par contre les fenêtres isolent très bien du bruit et le soir il y a de toute façon moins de voitures donc cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé.

Petit coin de paradis à 20min de Hossegor 🌞🏝️🐚… Un logement parfait pour deux personnes, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, une literie incroyable, des hôtes réactifs proposant de nombreux équipements pour satisfaire votre séjour : fléchettes, transats, salon de jardin, vélos… tout ça au bord d’une super piscine parfaite pour profiter de l’apéro ! 🍹À réserver les yeux fermés ! 😎

Space was spotless, views were incredible, beaches walkable. Gorka was incredibly responsive and Igor made checking in a breeze. We picked up fresh fish and steak from the market in Bilbao and really enjoyed the charcoal grill. We loved watching the tides roll in and out of the estuary from the deck. The view changes by the hour!

Un séjour tout simplement parfait ! La villa est idéalement située à Capbreton : proche de la plage, des commerces, des pistes cyclables… tout est à portée de main. La maison est superbe, très bien entretenue et équipée avec absolument tout ce qu’il faut — on s’y sent comme chez soi dès l’arrivée. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, c’est notre hôte : d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours disponible et aux petits soins pour que tout se passe au mieux. Son accueil chaleureux a vraiment fait la différence. Nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés et espérons y revenir très bientôt !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Yolande. Au calme et proche de tout Ciboure Socoa ou Saint jean de luz à 10 minutes en voiture. Calme, avec un intérieur décoré avec soin, une pièce de vie avec un volume incroyable et des extérieurs propices au repos et à la sérénité. La maison est largement conforme aux photos. Yolande est très réactive et de bons conseils. Maison propre et très bien équipée. Nous reviendrons très prochainement. Allez y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus.

My stay at Viviane and Daniel’s studio Airbnb was the best Airbnb experience I have ever had! The studio was adorable and very clean! Viviane and Daniel were both so kind and welcoming! They respected my privacy, but were readily available if I needed anything! I will definitely stay with them again WHEN I come back to Bidart!!! 🤟🏼❤️

It’s a good sleep there, apartments decorated very new.have all the appliances for cooking.

Helen kept us well informed of where to park and arrival instructions. We arrived later than expected due to car issues and she arranged for a lovely helpful friend to meet us. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped, with everything that you could need plus lots of extra touches. There was milk, Beer, water and soft drink in the fridge which was appreciated and plenty of tea/ coffee and condiments if needed. The apartment was spacious and everywhere smelt clean and inviting. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at Helens place

Cet appartement est idéalement situé dans la ville de Biarritz. Il offre un cadre exceptionnel, parfaitement placé permettant de tout faire à pied. Je le recommande vivement.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment liegt kurz vor einem Pinienwald, ideal für einen Spaziergang- gerne mit dem Hund. Biarritz und Bayonne sind leicht zu erreichen, die nahegelegenen Restaurants sind auch super (Fisch am Hafen, Pizzerien etc.). Jean-Marc hat uns äußerst zuverlässig und zuvorkommend geantwortet und uns mit seiner offenen und herzlichen Art einen tollen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Vielen Dank :)!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement d’Adeline et James ! L’appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité de la plage et du centre-ville. Il est très propre et très bien équipé. Les échanges avec Adeline étaient très sympathiques. Je recommande vivement :-)

Raquel was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host—so attentive and kind. The house is in a perfect location, peaceful and comfortable, and really felt like a home away from home.
