Vacation rentals with a patio in Dongdaemun District

Had a great stay throughout our stay in Seoul! We extended our trip and the host kindly assisted us with extending our stay at his place. Both of the hosts are very kind, friendly and replies to our enquiries promptly. The place was very clean, aesthetic & comfortable. The check in process was very smooth as well. Convenient location with a convenience store, coffee shop, Olive Young & well connected to public transport as well! Will definitely come back & stay at his place again. Highly recommended! 😊

Our first time in Seoul, and stayed at Mapo-gu, especially at Phillip & Peter's is really the best decision. Really love the neighborhood, close to Mangwon market and Hongdae, not too far from all the must see, but far enough from all the hectic. If you like to run/walk, this will be a great choice as well. At first we only planned to run towards the Han river, which was a very nice run, but then Peter recommended us to run along the stream nearby toward Hongjecheon waterfalls, absolutely great track with magnificent view in the end 🥰 You can continue with a hike to Mount Ansan afterwards, incredible birdview of Seoul with beginner friendly track. Would love to stay here again if we come back to Seoul!

Our stay at Paul’s apartment in Seoul was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos—if not better. It was modern, cozy, and fully equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay, including fast Wi-Fi, kitchen utilities, fresh linens, and even thoughtful little extras like snacks and toiletries. The location was ideal—close to public transportation, convenience stores, and several great restaurants. We could easily explore top attractions like Myeongdong, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and N Seoul Tower without any hassle. What made the experience truly special was our host, Paul. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire trip. From giving us local tips to checking in on us during our stay, he made us feel very welcome and well cared for. It’s clear that he genuinely wants his guests to have the best possible experience.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

The space is just right. Location is good too, very near subway. We were pleasantly surprised with the basket of goodies. We ate, drink and watch Netflix on that mobile TV. That was how comfortable we were.

The flat is located really near the subway station, it was very convenient, also the view from the living room was amazing. We had a great stay in there !

Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

I had an amazing stay in Korea, all thanks to Jun and Sue! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home with their warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. They were always helpful—whether it was providing local tips or just checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the highlights was the lovely selection of local snacks they prepared for me, which made the experience feel even more personal and special. Their place was cozy, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Korea,Seoul! The location was clean and close to the river and station. It made for easy transportation and enjoyable walks. Bella was very kind and hospitable. She was very responsive and helpful.

~10min walk away from Myeongdong so it’s a quieter area but still walkable to all the key tourist shops. Space was clean and nicely decorated

Fantastic stay in authentic Hanok home in Seoul Our stay at this Hanok house was great experience! The location is ideal: quietly located in a charming, authentic neighborhood with a nice atmosphere, yet within walking distance of metro lines 1, 2, 6 and a bus stop Also Korea University is close by, which makes the stay extra lively. The house itself is clean, fully equipped and well maintained. The traditional style has been partially preserved, with modern conveniences that make the stay very comfortable. The courtyard was a big plus – a lovely place to eat outside or just relax. The host deserves a special mention. He/she thought along very well, responded lightning fast and always with a lot of warmth. We were even allowed to temporarily store our luggage during a trip elsewhere – really nice service! We would definitely like to stay here again when next visiting Seoul.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the friendliness of the host. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it was a bit of a pity that there were places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and there is a slight inconvenience to walk around.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.
