Haeundae Beach can also be reached within a 5-minute walk. Supermarket, CU convenience store (1st floor of the building) are nearby, so it is very convenient for living. Our beautiful property is located in a high-rise building (20th floor or higher) with a view of the sea. -For a comfortable night's sleep, we replace the bedding with washed, dried and sterilized bedding every day. -It is not suitable for party rooms and event accommodation as it is a space to provide a short break and comfort in a busy life. -As this is a shared building with neighbors, late night noise, visits and stays other than the reserved number of people are absolutely prohibited. I suddenly decided to rent a room in Haeundae with my friends, so I was looking for a place to stay in a hurry, and I chose this place, which is very clean and the price is okay!! The nearby restaurants and bars are so accessible. I was in a hurry, so I had a lot of questions, but the host's reply was quick and kind, so I had a great day! I intend to revisit and want to come again!! I like places where I can't cook. There's a good smell in the accommodation! (Cooking not possible) I am very satisfied with the bedding, towels, and cleanliness! There's not a single hair in the bathroom! Please note 🙃

The accommodation was more spacious and clean than I thought, so it was nice to stay. The various appliances and items you prepared for your guests were also useful. It is a good choice if you book an accommodation in Haeundae. There was a case where the hot water didn't come out for a while in the middle, but it was a problem with the whole building, and it was nice that you quickly identified the It wasn't a big deal to me, but I still use the sink water supply as a plumbing repair If you can't do it, you should consider it if you have to use the sink water. * No problem using the bathroom
