This home is lovely. The neighborhood is fantastic. The hosts are very kind and communicative. There is a nice view from the patio, comfortable couch, well stocked kitchen, well stocked apartment in general. Some things to be aware of: there is a lot of glass and breakable items everywhere so children or clumsy people may have a hard time, most of the decorations are bottles of alcohol so if you are sober this may be uncomfortable, there is not really a designated workspace - just a kitchen table and chairs which are not comfortable for long hours, the internet can be weak at times especially in the main bedroom, there were quite a few ants and some other bugs but spraying raid and cleaning a lot helped get rid of them for the most part. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

was perfect, Kim was responsive and helpful-stores nearby and very short walk to mega mall. The apartment has two ac one in bedroom and one in dining area. will definitely try to stay again.

we had an amazing experience staying in this beautiful 2-bedroom modern condo. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The hosts went above and beyond by gifting us a lovely selection of fresh fruits as a thoughtful welcome gesture – such a nice touch! The condo itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a sleek modern aesthetic. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was perfect. What truly made our stay special was the hosts. They were exceptionally kind and attentive, always quick to respond to any questions we had. They even provided fantastic recommendations for food spots and places to visit in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. It was clear they truly care about their guests' experience

Overall, an excellent stay. The apartment was exactly as advertised. One recommendation is to turn the AC on a couple of hours prior to guests arrival to cool and air out the room. The is also a welcome gesture hotel used to ease the pain of long travel time. The area is beautifully landscaped, has many convenience stores and coffee shops. The Mega Mall is big with adequate stores for all your needs. The Grp 1 bus is a free local area bus making loops around the neighborhood. It takes around 15 minutes to cover the loop from end to end. You can walk around and find shorter or direct routes to your destination. Grp3 is a Vinhomes free bus making the loops to HCM and back. Be sure to locate the correct pick up area for each bus.

recently visited Casakhang, an impressive garden house with a peaceful green space and modern interiors. Inside, the rooms are beautifully arranged, tidy, and furnished with luxurious, convenient pieces. The design is refined, combined with natural light, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. What made me even more satisfied was the hospitality and friendliness of the homeowner, who was always ready to assist and share. Casakhang is truly an ideal place for those seeking a peaceful yet modern space.

the owner is very good and responsible person... she will instruct and help you in many way even she cannot write in english... im so thankful to her for helping me in renting motorcycle with cheap price about 90k vnd per day... with that bike i ride until district 1 for sight seeing everyday... love to ride in ho chi minh

Я выбрал квартиру в основном из-за района Vinhomes. Это довольно комфортное место, совсем не похожее на Хошимин. Квартира просторная. В ней есть вся мебель и техника. Всё работает. Хозяева - очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые люди. Они моментально приходили на помощь и по поводу жилья, и по личным вопросам. Из небольших минусов: - на улице рядом с домом есть деревенское караоке. Они любят шуметь, но в 22 часа всегда замолкают - кухня не очень приспособлена для готовки В целом, я прожил тут хороший спокойный месяц. Спасибо!

Tôi đã có một kì nghỉ tuyệt vời tại nhà của Hao, ngôi nhà rất sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, xung quanh có nhiều tiện ích, nhà hàng, siêu thị, chợ đêm, xe buýt miễn phí, tôi thật sự rất hài lòng về nơi này, Hao rất thân thiện và tiếp đón tôi một cách chu đáo, tôi chắc chắn sẽ trở lại nơi này!

Overall i had a good stay, a newly built apartment in isolated and newly developed area, therefore don’t expect there will be quite many shops or minimart in surroundings for now. But the best thing here is that Minh is a host with a top-notch hospitality, first, she personally come over to greet me and guide me everything about the house during the check-in, she is easy and very well to communicate with big-hearted and mutual understanding. It’s a blessing to get hosted by her.

Nhà giống trên hình, đối diện Vincom luôn nên rất tiện để mua đồ. Đầy đủ mọi vật dụng cần thiết kể cả gia vị nấu ăn (thiếu tiêu thôi, nhưng bỏ qua được). Vị trí xa trung tâm, nhưng bù lại giá cả ổn, không gian yên tĩnh. Sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is much bigger than the images and has all of the necessary things for a long term stay (spare sheets, washing machine, full kitchen utensils and more). The hosts are very responsive and really helpful in navigating the area.
