Chị chủ nhà thân thiện và dễ thương lắm, luôn phản hồi rất nhanh để hỗ trợ mình. Mình có thể chủ động nhận và trả phòng rất dễ dàng và linh hoạt mà không cần phải gặp chủ nhà luôn. Đồ nấu bếp khá đầy đủ, tiện cho gia đình có bé nhỏ như mình khi cần nấu cho bé ăn đồ riêng. Các bạn nếu cần lưu trú tại vin quận 9 hãy cân nhắc căn hộ này nha, rất chi là ổn áp!!

recently visited Casakhang, an impressive garden house with a peaceful green space and modern interiors. Inside, the rooms are beautifully arranged, tidy, and furnished with luxurious, convenient pieces. The design is refined, combined with natural light, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. What made me even more satisfied was the hospitality and friendliness of the homeowner, who was always ready to assist and share. Casakhang is truly an ideal place for those seeking a peaceful yet modern space.

A great space to stay, the household necessities are fully complete. Very convenience for us while have a work journey there.

Great place dor a quick trip. Spacious room, clean bathroom, got all the amenities we needed. Our room is the entire Mezzanine floor, which comes with its pros and cons. We liked the pros thus far, no complaint.

Căn hộ thật tuyệt vời có view hồ bơi rất đẹp và thư giãn. Nhà đẹp, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi giống với mô tả. Vị trí hoàn hảo, gần với mọi thứ. Chủ nhà vô cùng tốt bụng, phản hồi nhanh và giúp mọi thứ trở nên dễ dàng từ nhận phòng đến khi trả phòng. Tôi có một trải nghiệm thật thoải mái khi ở đây. Lần tới quay lại nhất định tôi vẫn sẽ đặt căn hộ này.

Trung, is a super easy host to deal with. He is responsive to messages and will try to make your stay comfortable. The apartment is as pictured, comfortable and has great views.There are a lot of facilities in Grand Park, a Mega Mall literally 5 minutes' walk from the apartment, with lots of shopping including a huge supermarket, cinemas and many eating options from Western fast food to lots of Asian dining options. Outside there are things which you just would not find near a condo in D1: a street food night market, an artificial beach with palm trees, a fun park with rides, waterparks for the kids & a golf driving range all visible from the apartment and a short walk away. I used Grab for my occasional trips into District 1, the drivers responded pretty quickly. There is also a free electric bus service back and forth to the city from Grand Park. Trung’s lovely apartment met all of my needs for my 34 nights stay and I would happily stay again.

Vị trí thuận tiện ra công viên, chợ đêm, Vincom. Có playground cho bé, hồ bơi. Căn hộ sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh, không quá đông đúc. Chưa có nhiều hàng quán & cửa hàng tiện lợi bên dưới. Tổng quan: Chủ nhà nhiệt tình, căn hộ thoải mái, sẽ trở lại trong lần tới.

I felt this was a great choice to stay. The apartment is very homely and tidy. There is a balcony to sit on (one chair) and has a very nice washing machine with space to hang clothes to dry above the machine. The apartment is near the top floor so has great views of the area. There is a kitchen is spacious and there is a modern fridge/freezer. The host was responsive to my messages, was flexible with the check-in time, and personally met me to show me how to get into the apartment which was very helpful.

the place is exquisite! it feels like home, and they have provided everything you need. the surroundings and amenities in this area is amazing! they have 2 accessible gyms in different blocks, equipment is well-maintained! swimming pool is huge, you can unwind after a long day! Thao has been super responsive with our questions and needs! we do wish the room has a work desk and a comfortable office chair. but other than that, it was definitely a comfortable stay! oh by the way, we initially booked for 3 nights, but we extended our stay to a week! looking forward to staying here again in the future!

This was a beautiful place to stay, deep in the countryside. Gorgeous and a really cool house. The housekeeper cooked us a big Vietnamese meal for just 80,000 per person and it was absolutely delicious. You should know: this is in a remote area, so you must have a scooter or a car. Bring your own soap and towels. But it is totally worth it for a relaxing stay in a natural setting. Great.

We (three people) had a nice stay in Tu's apartment in District 9 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment is well organised - we especially liked the very soft bed in the master bedroom, which has an attached bathroom. Tu provided us with all the necessities and was very helpful when we needed anything. He was even kind enough to help us order a Grab from the airport to the apartment and back. The community is very upscale and clean with a wonderful pool, gym and friendly staff. If you need groceries there is a large supermarket in a nearby shopping centre and for dinner there is a night market with lots of food stalls just a few hundred metres away. Bear in mind that you are an hour away from downtown HO Chi Minh (we prefer this) by bus , but there is a frequent free bus into the city. Overall, we can definitely recommend this apartment for a good time in a new development in Ho Chi Minh City.

the owner is very good and responsible person... she will instruct and help you in many way even she cannot write in english... im so thankful to her for helping me in renting motorcycle with cheap price about 90k vnd per day... with that bike i ride until district 1 for sight seeing everyday... love to ride in ho chi minh

We came to An Nhien Garden for a gateway out of city and relax, which is perfectly what An Nhien Garden can offer. Communication before arrival was very smooth, and people have been so kind with us. We strongly advise An Nhien Garden.

A very nice little studio near to shops, the mall, good running routes, and restaurants. The bed was comfy enough, shower had hot water, internet was fast and reliable, and kitchen was well-equipped. It was pleasant stay. Neighbors could be a bit loud at times, but generally not too bad.

Schwer zu finden nur wenn man, wie wir, nicht mit dem eigenen Auto unterwegs ist. Die googlemaps Beschreibung ist perfekt. Allerdings war es für uns nicht einfach von Saigon den richtigen Bus bzw. den richtigen Ausstiegsbahnhof zu finden. Irgendwie hat es auf abenteuerliche Weise dann doch geklappt relativ in der Nähe ein Taxi für die letzten Kilometer zu ergattern, welches dann mit Hilfe von eben googlemaps uns bis vor die Haustüre gebracht hat. Der Aufenthalt selber war großartig und ein perfekter Kontrast zum Remmidemmi in Saigon. Da es üblich ist die Schuhe bzw. flipflops vor Betreten des Wohnraums draußen zu lassen noch der Hinweis auf die 2 Hunde die zum Haus gehören und vermutlich vom Nachbarn versorgt werden. Diese sind lieb und nett und fressen alles unter anderem flipflops vor dem Wohnraum sowie den Inhalt von allem erreichbaren (Müll!) der Küche wenn man wie wir einmal versehentlich die Küchentür nicht richtig verschlossen hat. Summa Summarum ein schönes Erlebnis!

Trải nghiệm home vào dịp lễ thật tuyệt vờiiii! Home dễ thương, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, chị chủ nhà thân thiện và hỗ trợ nhanh chóng, nhiệt tình. Vị trí thuận tiện, yên tĩnh, ở home này thoải mái cứ như đang ở nhà rất thích hợp để nghỉ ngơi. Nhất định sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp. 5 sao!
