You need to watch Netflix with your personal account~ At our accommodation, meat and fish cannot be grilled, so frying pans are not provided. (In case of violation, the next day's guest cancellation fee) occurs! Pots and other cooking utensils are all ready for you. Our accommodation is not a place for parties. It is possible to have a good time with a little refreshment and drinking, but please refrain from causing harm to nearby residents by drinking until late at night. Hello ☺️ Our accommodation is a 5-minute walk from KTX Dongdaegu Station and Shinsegae Department Store ~ When parking your car, you must use the parking tower or the underground parking lot that goes down the elevator.(Carnival, vans, large SUV, and loop carrier arrival vehicles are not allowed to park) You need to operate the parking tower by yourself, so you can see the instructions next to the parking tower and operate it slowly ~ You have to watch Netflix with your personal account ~ In our accommodation, you can't grill meat or fish, so the frying pan is not prepared. (In case of violation, the guest's cancellation fee the next day) is incurred! All pots and other cooking utensils are prepared ~ My place is not a party area. It is possible to have a good time with a little refreshments and drinking, but please refrain from damaging the surrounding residents while drinking until late in the evening. It is non-smoking in the accommodation, and there is a penalty of 100,000 KRW for smoking, so please understand this (guest cancellation fee will be incurred the next day).

Accommodation Description This is an accommodation with a calm river view like the name of the accommodation. Inside, you can use a cozy and laid-back space of about 24 pyeong indoors. There is a large wood slap in the living room where up to 8 people can sit around and party, a cozy veranda space decorated like a cafe, a large TV that can be seen lying on the bed in a spacious bedroom, and a fluffy sofa zone where you can talk face to face. The host's homemade lighting, wood shelves, tables, and furniture are the pride of this house. Geumho River promenade and fishing spot right in front of the accommodation. The bike path is nice Recommended.
