기대이상으로 좋은숙소예요. 도보로 근처 이케아, 유명한식당들, 카페 모두 가능하고 사장님도 너무 친절하시고 너무 편하게 잘쉬다 갑니다.

Very helpful host especially if you have early flight to catch. Comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. You can walk to nearest train station.

Maria's place is located right in the bustling street of Nampo-dong, it's very convenient to access the subway station and walking distance to attractions such as Yongdusan Park, BIFF Square, Gwangbok-ro etc. A lot of options for food and many convenience stores nearby too. We had a comfortable stay at Maria's place, she is a very friendly and helpful host - she gave us a lot of recommendations on local restaurants to try. We will be back if we are in Busan again!

Appartement loué à la dernière minute, suite à un soucis avec les vols pour Jeju. Notre hôte David est une personne très humaine à l’écoute qui s’est occupé de nous, comme si nous faisions partie de sa famille. À moins d’une minute de l’appartement se trouve le marché couvert la place des taxis. Le meilleur restaurant de Bimbap à moins de trois minutes. divers arrêts de bus et de métro. La spécificité de cet appartement que nous n’avons pas retrouvé dans les autres est que nous avons eu la chance de partager la vie de Coréens loin du tumulte de la grande ville. Même si notre séjour fut de courte durée, nous avons eu la chance de profiter de deux plages. Encore merci à David.

원래 다른 숙소 4박 5일 예약 했는데 너무 더럽고 비좁아서 1박만 하고 근처에 다른 숙소을 찾던중 이 숙소를 찾았다. 계획에 없던 너무나도 큰 지출이어서 망설였지만 남은 여행을 즐겁게 마무리 하고 싶어서 이 숙소을 예약했다 일단 들어오는 순간부터 뷰에, 넓고 청결함에 와우 와우 소리가 절로 나왔다. 우리 일행이 3명 이었는데 각 방마다 뷰가 정말 어머어마 했다. 특히 밤에 야경은 정말 아름다웠다. 근처에 맛집 야시장 해운대 해수욕장 등등 다 걸어서 다닐수 있는 거리였서 정말 편리했다. 우린 차가 없었지만 주차도 되는걸로 알고 있다. 여유가 된다면 정말 강추다!!! 호스트님도 모든 질문에 신속히 그때그때 답변 주셔서 정말 편안하게 지내다 간다

바로 앞에 바다가 있고 주변 인프라가 훌륭해서 정말 편안하게 여행 했습니다. 숙소는 호스트님의 애정이 곳곳에 녹아 따뜻하고 안락했습니다. 깨끗하고 깔끔한건 기본이구요^^! 다음번에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶을 만큼 최고입니다. ㅎㅎ 덕분에 가족들과 좋은 추억을 만들었습니다. 다음번에 또 놀러 가겠습니다~~

Chỗ ở có vị trí rất tốt. Phòng sạch sẽ. Điều duy nhất là tháng máy của toà nhà vô cùng chậm. Để đi xuống tầng 1 tôi đã phải đợi tới 20-30 phút. Một toà nhà 35 tầng nhưng chỉ có 4 thang máy. Rất chậm. Đặc biệt vào buổi trưa.

위치, 룸컨디션, 루프탑 다 좋아요 다만 건물 내 주차도 주차비를 별도로 받는게 아쉬웠네요

環境非常舒適，地方整潔，還可以看到廣安大橋夜景，下次來釜山會再入住

駅やスーパー、レストランが近くにあり、利便性が良いです。 困った事はエレベーターが2機しかなく、常に混んでいました。 部屋は清潔で快適に過ごすことができたが、タオルやティッシュが十分に補充してあるともっと良かった。 ホストは親切で質問にもすぐに回答してくれました。釜山に来た時はまた利用したいです。

어머니 팔순이라 일본여행을 예약했다가 무릎이 안좋으셔서 취소하고 아쉬워서 부산이라도 급하게 다녀올려고 예약했는데 엄마가 숙소 너무 맘에들어하셨어요. 파워j인 남편이 갑작스런 여행에 뿔이나있었는데 숙소보고 감탄하고 오픈카는 신의한수였어요~^^ 저희도 독채펜션을 운영중이라 좀더 까다롭게 보는편인데 인테리어나 뷰, 서비스 정말 좋았어요. 아들이 오픈카 타보고 오픈카 사자고 조르는게 문제네요^^ 부산올땐 무조건 여기로 예약할께요.

I had a wonderful stay at Taejin’s apartment in Busan! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything one could possibly need – from kitchen essentials to a comfortable bed and even thoughtful little extras. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to explore all the top attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. What truly made this stay special was Taejin’s warm hospitality and responsiveness. She was always available whenever we had questions or needed help and made sure our check-in and check-out process was seamless. It’s clear she truly cares about her guests’ experience. The apartment offered excellent value for money, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Busan. Thanks again, Taejin, for making our trip so enjoyable! I will definitely come back and stay here again.

일단 해운대를 걸어서 갈수 있는것과 주변에 먹거리가 많아서 맛집을 걸어서 다닐수 있는것이 장점입니다. 그리고 주변의 소음 덕분(?)에 친구들과 부담없이 떠들수 있어서 좋았습니다. 단체에 적합한 숙소입니다. 꼭대기층은 에리베이터가 없어서 계단이 부단스러운 분은 힘들수도 있겠지만 저희는 짐도 거의 없고 아직 다리는 쓸만해서 괜찮았습니다. 친구들과 단체 여행에 추천~~~
