Kunne vi give mere end 5 stjerner havde vi gjort det. For det første var lejligheden rummelig og ufattelig overskuelig! Derudover var møblerne dejlige at være i, hvilket betyder meget, når der er børn med og noget af tiden går med at slappe af med dem. Det lå tæt på de fleste ting man skal til, derudover er det i overskuelig køreafstand til resten! Hang er nok den bedste vært jeg har mødt. Svarer med det samme, er proaktiv og rigtig rigtig hjælpsom. Noget så tosset er, at han havde utrolig godt sengetøj, hvilket vi ønskede at få noget mangen til. Han forklarede det var skræddersyet og det kan tage over en uge mv. Vi havde 2 dage, og alligevel tilbød at at se på om han kunne skaffe os noget i tide. Han var bare alt for god! Vi kommer bestemt tilbage til ham, hvis vi ender i Vietnam igen! 10 ud af 10 herfra!

I loved the place! It is new, spacious, and beautifully decorated. You've got eveything you need for a longer stay like dishes and cutlety, iron with an ironing board, etc. The bed is comfortable, and the bedroom has a beautiful view over the lake. You're right next to the lake, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy parts, but there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. There's also a coffee shop on the ground floor with some work spaces on the 2nd and 3rd and a rooftop wirh a view, which is super convenient if you work from home.

I had a really nice stay with Mrs. Mai. Her apartment is clean and cozy. The view from the bedroom is amazing. Apartment is in a good location too. Very close to the lake and big shopping mall.

Very nice place as advertised. Nice lake view, and a lot of hotel amenities like bars, pools, golf, ping pong and pool tables. About 20 minutes from old town.

Very nice two bedrooms apartment with lift. Completely match the photos. And Nguyen is very helpful when we had some issue with noise at night. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to stay outside of busy Old Quarter.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thái’s place ! The apartment is clean, quiet, we had everything we needed (tissues, towels, shampoo, products for the dishwasher and laundry, water) It’s exactly like in the pictures, even better ! Thài is also very friendly and responsive. He was always available when we needed help 😃

Im really happy with the host and quality of the house. I did book my room quite late but she supported me very much in checking in. Everything is new, clean and tidy. It's easy to walk to West lake to enjoy fresh and chilling air. Definitely come back one day when I have more free time.

Housekeeping checked in daily to refresh towels and supplies, which was very thoughtful. The location is convenient, and the building feels secure. Mình vừa có dịp ra Hà Nội và nghỉ lại vài ngày tại Cozie House, và thật sự rất hài lòng với trải nghiệm ở đây! Nhà siêu xinh, decor theo phong cách tối giản nhưng vẫn ấm cúng và dễ chịu. Mỗi góc đều được chăm chút rất tỉ mỉ, lên ảnh thì xinh khỏi bàn! Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, có cả máy giặt, bếp, và những vật dụng nhỏ xinh khiến mình cảm thấy như đang ở nhà. Chị Hương cực kỳ dễ thương và nhiệt tình. Hướng dẫn check-in rõ ràng, hỗ trợ nhanh chóng qua đủ các kênh từ Zalo đến Airbnb. Có gì cần là chị giúp liền luôn, rất dễ thương và chu đáo. So với không gian và dịch vụ thì mình thấy rất hợp lý. Rất đáng tiền cho một trải nghiệm thoải mái và riêng tư như vậy.

Suitable for family and family travel together. Me and my family - parents, 2 children had a wonderful time at the apartment of this perfect host. Compared to the apartments I have lived in Hanoi, this apartment is really perfect in every detail, not too fussy but full of everything you need. And really comfortable and private. If you need a comfortable and private apartment, this is the apartment you are looking for. I didn't need the support of the landlord because they already gave me everything I needed. West Lake is very close to our apartment and feels like just a few steps away. You can walk around the lake to watch the sunset. You can go to West Lake Water Park, it really is the perfect entertainment complex. Homeowner Harmony 10 points no but.

The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. Looks brand new in an upscale building with a nice restaurant on the first floor. I didn't use the building amenities but it has a good gym and pool. I stayed there for 6 weeks and the kitchen had everything I needed, the king size bed was very comfy and strong water pressure in the shower (my top 3). There are lots of shops and street food within an easy walk and more around West Lake. Lotte Mall is 3 blocks away with nice restaurants, a big grocery and would be competition for any mall in the US. Very quiet neighborhood with Old town a convenient Grab ride away (about $2). I did 4 street food tours, great way to meet other travelers and learn how to order and eat the local food. Ms Hoa is a gem. She was very proactive, preparing me for my arrival and checking on me. Though I didn't need to contact her often because I never had a problem, she always replied quickly to my requests for info or recommendations.

Good place in new condos. Excellent view of the city. Our host Thanh was very responsive. Furnishings are rather sparse.

This large spacious apartment is own by an artist who has a lot of his work hung around the apartment. He speaks fluent English so communication was very easy. I'd recommend it if your looking for a place to stay and you already know Hanoi well otherwise you may find yourself wondering where things are. That being said we loved walking to the market across the road every morning for a Banh mi or just to buy vegetables for the day.
