We had a great experience during the stay. This is an ideal option for large families who prefer a quiet and safe environment. The basement gets a bit chilly and dryer wasn’t working but overall a very helpful host and good property

My stay at Michael's was wonderful. We gathered and wanted to barbecue. The house was very large and matched the description. We were very pleased. Special thanks to the caretaker – he even helped us with the barbecue. We didn't have enough coal, but he brought us wood and saved us. Thanks again for everything!

One of the best places we found on Airbnb. Super spacious and cozy place, in reality, it's better than in photos and description. 10 min walk to the train to Viena, can park 2 cars if you travel by car.

The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The upstairs study room was great for doing some work and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

We were allowed to stay at Anna's place for a week. The place is exactly as it is described. Anna was always available for us. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and we lacked nothing. We definitely recommend this place!

We had a great time in Vienna in this very nice house. The living room is spacious and welcoming, the sunny terrace without a view is perfect for relaxing, and the immediate proximity of the woods allows for magnificent walks – ideal when traveling with a dog! The house was very clean, well-equipped, and parking is easy. The bedding is comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was very responsive, always available by message, and attentive to the smooth running of our stay. Bonus: we found delicious organic honey right next door, and the Otto Wagner villa with its beautiful stained glass windows is only a 5-minute drive. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the center of Vienna. A place we would definitely recommend!

Will come again any time. Angelika is completely straightforward and super friendly. The cottage is cozy and very nicely located.

Nadine was very flexible. We were able to move into the accommodation before the specified date. Nadine and Jürgen were very friendly and helpful. If you like it quieter, this is the place to be.

The resting place is very private, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is close to entertainment venues and the river. Parking is in the building and very convenient.

I can safely recommend staying at Birgit and Heinz's house. Very nice people, offering a home in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and cozy, at an attractive price. Everything was as described and the check-in was seamless. There is a private parking lot and the metro station is about 8 minutes walk. There is hot water at home, contrary to the description:D I could definitely go back on my next visit to Vienna!

It was my first booking through Airbnb and a little skeptical. However, Erik was always available in advance and answered all questions. Since we had a slightly longer drive, I thought it was good that we were allowed to move into the house at 2 p.m. Erik was on site greeted us in a friendly way and explained and showed everything well. We were 6 adults and a 12 year old. Everyone had a great place to sleep and plenty of space. The highlight is probably the pool in the garden. However, not usable in early May. All around we were really very satisfied and will not have been there for the last time. Thank you Erik for the great place and the on-site service.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Michi's! The rooms were clean and spacious, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches in every corner. Our only regret was the rainy weather, and our only wish, that we had stayed longer. Dear Michi, thank you so much for your warm welcome and for being so helpful throughout our stay. We spent a week in the beautiful villa at the beginning of June 2025. The place is really very large, very high quality and individually/artistically equipped. There are numerous ways to relax in the garden, by the pool, on the terrace, on the balcony or in the winter garden. Everything is also available in the kitchen. The landscape is an absolute dream, right outside the front door there is beautiful nature (meadows, forests, mountains). You can hike and ride MTB excellently (very many trails -> absolute highlight :-)). There are also many "normal" bike paths where you can relax and ride to Mödling (10 min) or Vienna (about 60 min). By car, you can easily reach Vienna city center in about 30 minutes. Also super easy by train from Mödling. There are two supermarkets very close by. Communication with the landlords was impeccable, they are very friendly and helpful. Electric charging station for cars just 100 meters away.

Sylvia was so responsive from the initial booking through our entire stay. She was wonderful to work with and made sure we really felt at home. The location and the accommodation was so impressive and so excellent for the price. The pool and the area really made this stand out. This is a host and location that you want to stay with and at!

We loved Even's house. The pool was great. The house was exactly as described. There were only two coffee machines. It would be nice to have as many as the number of days we will stay. Thank you, we will come again

Dominik is an amazing host. My highlight was Dominik’s kind gesture at offering me an early check in based on availability. Communication was proactive before and on the day of my arrival. The keys were personally handed as soon as I arrived. Instructions upon arrival were brief and clear. Dominik was kind enough to also suggest good restaurants around the neighborhood. The amenities were so good that I didn’t have a reason to bother Dominik all through my four night stay. I’m definitely looking out for this apartment the next time I visit Vienna. Cheers 🥂

Beautiful apartment and great location! The place is even bigger than in the pictures and very well stocked with anything you could need for a short or long stay. Regina was extremely communicative and responsive. I had a great stay with my parents who are elderly and needed a place with an elevator. The building has a couple of steps to get inside but there are always handrails. 10/10 would recommend for anyone wanting to be close to everything but no necessarily in the old town center.

Hi! The flat was tidy, clean, and located in a very quiet part of the city, with good public transport connections. It’s well-equipped and spacious. My only suggestion would be to add some kind of shower screen or curtain, as the bathroom gets quite wet and steamy when showering. Otherwise, everything was great, I definitely recommend it! :)

Chez Christine was fantastic, and Daniela was a great host/communicator. The location is easy to get to with public transportation, the neighborhood is quiet but loaded with wonderful local restaurants, and it was simply a pleasure staying there. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Tarkan was extremely kind and helpful with all of our needs. The apartment was clean and cozy, with great WiFi and good, quick access to all of the main attractions we wanted to visit via the metro. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Vienna.

We stayed in the apartment for a week to get to know Vienna. My partner is 6 months pregnant and this was our last couple's vacation. The living area is located on the raised ground floor, with 2 rooms very spacious and has a charming old building ambience. Bus (1 min, tram (5 min) and subway (8 min) were easily accessible. All destinations were easily accessible in 30 minutes. The area itself is very quiet. The amenities were sufficient and the apartment itself was clean. Communication with the host was excellent and we were also able to move into the apartment 2 hours earlier, as we were already in town. Overall, we spent exactly the time we hoped for in Vienna and can only recommend Linda and her apartment

Gabriel"s place was just as described. He gave very clear directions for check in as well as how to get to his place from the airport. He gave local recommendations and helpful tips. The place is clean and looks just like the pictures. I would definitely stay here again.
