Two yards are at the back and in the front of the house. It belongs to the residence Fortuna with a common park and a large swimming pool with one part given over to children. There is a life guard at the height of the season. Markets and restaurants are not too far. Some beaches are at the distance of 15 minutes by car.

Be careful with water and electricity consumption.
