Vacation home for up to 20 people on the Geierlay

We have converted our house Bennasch, which is the house name of the former farmhouse, into a vacation home for groups, family celebrations, cooking classes (2 kitchens with gas stoves), conferences, etc. The furnishings are modern and comfortable - we have placed special emphasis on the lighting. The large garden with its furnished terraces and outdoor kitchen faces southwest and is flooded with sun. The vacation home is classified by the German Tourism Association (DTV) with 5 stars.

Granary - Martinsburg Castle

We have expanded the former granary under the roof of the old customs castle: 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 combined kitchen/living room, ideally suited for a cozy stay with a historic ambiance. The flower corner in the courtyard with table and benches is also at your disposal. The city, park and pier are within walking distance. The house was built in 1964 by our grandparents and was substantially renovated in 2023. Our apartment is comfortably and modernly furnished. It is located in the center of the Moselle castles, 20 km from Cochem and 30 km from Koblenz. The spacious terrace can be reached via the living room and one of the bedrooms. From here you can enjoy a great view of Bischofstein Castle, the Moselle and the passing ships with a good glass of Moselle wine. The Moselle foothills with a large sunbathing lawn are right at your doorstep, so to speak, and also invite you to relax.

We welcome you to our farm and offer you a break in an exceptional loft. Enjoy the wonderful Maifeld directly at Eltz Castle. In less than 30 minutes, you can be at the Nürburgring, the Deutsches Eck in Koblenz or the Reichsburg in Cochem. Visit the wine-growing villages of Treis-Karden or Winningen on the Moselle and hike on the Traumpfaden and the Moselsteig. Start excursions to the World Heritage Site Middle Rhine Valley, Trier, Cologne, Bonn and Frankfurt.

The house is surrounded by the fields and forests of the Hunsrück, the Moselle can be reached in a few minutes by car.
